Last Chance Restaurant

Worst customer service ever. I’ve given Last Chance too many chances and tonight was their last chance which they blew. Steer clear and read the other reviews.
First, to order online, you have to go through Grub Hub or Eat24. If you do, beware! They will intentionally make it a horrible experience for you and then when you call, they will say that the crappy experience is due to using Grub Hub and will yell at you telling you Grub Hub charges them too much rather than trying to make things right with your order. Their delivery people always claim they don’t know where to go or park and that you have to come find and get the food from them. Why is it they are the only ones unable to figure out how to deliver food where I live? They routinely disregard your actual order and give you something different and then deny that is the case. Or worse they will kind of give you what you ordered. I ordered two V8s once and got an apple juice and 1 very expired V8 instead. They’ve delivered someone else’s food entirely once and then the driver started taking the food out of the boxes to try and sort out the order… on my patio. Worse, Grub Hub won’t do anything about the botched orders except call the restaurant. And remember the restaurant is bitter you used Grub Hub, so they will in turn refuse to do anything. I like to support local businesses but this one truly deserves to go under. It’s really a shame they don’t appreciate their customers — the ones who keep the lights on. Guess they think customers aren’t needed.

Do not! I repeat do not. Worst customer service over the phone. He made me hold for him and then when he finally asked me where I was, he would not wait for me to get him the exact address! So rude! He told me to call back with he address while he picked up the other line… Are you joking?! I should have NEVER CALLED BACK! Because he proceeded to tell me it was a $ 25 minimum for delivery, not a $ 15 which is falsely advertised on their menus that they have given to their hotels. I got this icky feeling like I was being robbed! I said forget about it and hung up. Terrible. Unbelievably terrible service.

Ordered online and they delivered the wrong item. I called, they picked up, immediately yelled «I’m closed, I’m closed, I’m closed» into the phone and hung up. I’d recommend staying away.

WORST SERVICE I almost ate a fly: This was my first time here with my family we got a large pepperoni pizza which was okay. I did enjoy the jalapeño poppers however I ordered a dinner salad and during the course of my salad I noticed there was a fly in the dish. When I brought it to the attention of the person at the counter they said it was a sesame seed and brought it back to my table when I showed him what I was talking about all they can do is shrug their shoulders. I was very disappointed in that reaction and will never go back to this place again or recommend it to anybody. The service was not friendly at all and only 2 other people were dinning so I am not sure why service was not better or the reaction to the fly could have been better than a shoulder shrug.
Very disappointed.
Don’t get me started about over pricing… not worth the price at all.
The place was very creepy in side way to may plants.
Don’t waste your time or money here.

Great pizza, crust is amazing. Sesame crust! Recommend in Santa Clara area. Mom and pop owned.

I LOVE this pizza. The combo is so delicious. I would recommend it to anyone that likes pizza. Beer and nice atmosphere as well.

I think it should be called Last Resort. Ordered a pizza delivery for me and my daughter. I wanted a med pizza half cheese half something else — I was talked into a large saying they only do halves on the large. Ok whatever. I also ordered a piece of chocolate pie. They came in a timely fashion — but had no plates or napkins for us — the driver said I had to ask for them when I ordered. We also only received 1 fork for the pie. A bit aggravating and too expensive for what you get! Pizza was eh. Not impressed!

I ordered my food at 6pm was told with traffic an hour for delivery but I wouldn’t be disappointed. Yeah well guess what I was …7:45 phone call to confirm room number in hotel. Food was cold and gross. I will never order from here again. Pepperoni on pizza burnt sausage burnt crust wheat with sesame seed and burnt!!! Steer clear friends Dominos is better by far.

The food was not bad, but the experience and environment of the place are strange. I tried the place on a Groupon, and got their pizza. Wasn’t great, wasn’t bad. The rest of the menu did not look very exciting or appealing. I don’t plan to return.

The environment is very cozy. They have a couple of pool tables. I love their burgers and tuna sandwhiches on a roll. Good place for lunch drinks. Excellent customer service. That’s what makes it stand out.

This place overcharges for their crappy burgers. Wouldnt recommend, not even if you’re dying of hunger.

Last chance restaurant was certainly a pleasant surprise. Very nice ambience with lots of gorgeous plants everywhere. We had the ribeye steak sandwich and the double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. The service was very speedy, courteous and prompt and the food was delicious. The owner Ali was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever been in. I will certainly be returning whenever I’m on this side of town.

The all meat pizza is great sesame crust and the fixings I called for delivery they told me like a hour I was like damn, but I was hungry not hangry lol actually came in 30 minutes very happy and the trough in a big salad for a $ 1.99. They delivered to my work which was awesome. A must try all there food is good there and there hamburgers Yumm…

Crappiest service ever. Ripoff and theves. I will tell everyone NOT to go here. I hope they go out of business.
Horrible customer service and rude phone ordering. 15usd min order per my hotel menu. Told me I was wrong and it was 20 plus 15% delivery charge and tax.
Never again or at least never never.

So… if you’re going to hail yourself as the «room service» menu for nearby hotels, then perhaps keep in mind that your delivery customers are staying IN HOTELS?! After waiting for my delivery at the Sunnyvale Ramada (oh, there’ll be a separate review there!), my surly delivery guy left me with NO PLASTICWEAR for my salad which also had NO DRESSING on the side not to mention no napkins. Having zero access to any of these I was forced to eat a subpar, dry & messy meal with my hands and toss most of it. #epicfail! Yuck.

Had a Groupon so it led me to a rather decent meal during my lunch. Even though the Groupon expired, the gentleman applied it to my bill w/​a sincere smile on his face.
I ordered a protein-​style burger and a regular burger and fries for my supervisor. We ordered ahead for pickup due to the time constraints at work, we couldn’t eat it there.
When I walked in, there were 4 guys ahead of me, pondering over what to order. When they stepped up to the counter, the guy behind the counter yelled out, «Ladies first!» The 4 guys agreed and laughed but made me go first. Thankfully my time away brief because all I needed was to pay.
Fresh albeit small burger bar (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.) so I loaded up on those before getting back to my car. My burger was juicy and flavorful.
My supervisor likes his burger and fries.
I’d come back!

The pizza is sub par and their prices on their menu are not what they charge. I ordered a medium pizza and the charge came to over $ 20.00. I questioned the price and the guy behind the counter started mouthing off about the prices are subject to change and they now only have the supreme crust pizzas which cost more than the pizza on their advertised menu and he claimed there was a .99 charge for the pizza box. Seriously .99 cent charge for the pizza box.
Well yep I was fooled into ordering from this place but never again.

I’ve given them a couple chances. I’ve tried them because they are near my work.
I’ve never seen more than 2 people in the place, and that’s a sure sign in this area, because the good restaurants at lunch hour are packed.
I will give 1 star for the menu — they have a lot to choose from.
I will give 1 star for how quickly the food came out.
The food is just «meh». It didn’t suck.

Overcharged for delivery.
Ordered a 16.99 item delivery man quotes me 27.50 Apparantly answering yes to «do you like it spicy» means a 2 dollar addition for jalapenos. And when he says all our pizzas now come with the deluxe crust he means hes adding it to yours in addition to 2 more dollars. Make sure to ask for total if ordering on the phone!
Shady business however, pizza was pretty good.
