The idea of Out of the Blue started in a small garage about 15 years ago. Collecting small timeless pieces in hopes to one day start a family business. WIth years of research and experience; Faye Pirouzan perfected the art of a successful consignment business. Out of the Blue was first opened in Cupertino, CA in 2006. After 6 years of steady business and committed client service; Out of the Blue moved to Santa Clara, CA where the store is currently located.

I knew I had the love and passion for such a business after watching my father run a successful business of his own, selling world class Persian rugs and one of a kind Antique pieces for over 30 years. After my children were off to college, I committed all my time in perfecting a business plan to open a shop of my own. I knew the amount of hard work and time this business required, but I was nothing but motivated to get one step closer. For years my children asked me why I was filling up the garage with furniture and home goods. I continuously told them that one day I will open a shop and then they’ll know why. 15 years later I did exactly that and opened my first consignment business in Cupertino, CA.
