Established in 2003.

The business was established in 2003. The owner, car enthusiast and collector decided that his passion for cars was so great that he left his full time position to sell cars for a living. He wanted to create an establishment where he could obtain vehicles at a reasonable cost and pass the savings on to the consumer.

Business Owner

Ramsin worked many years in the Health Care and Real Estate Industry before pursing his passion for used cars. His goals are to change the view of consumers of the «traditional car salesman». He wants to build rapport with his clients, work within their budget and his primary goal is to sell the right car to the right person. Over the years R& F Pre-​Owned has remained a family owned business and has not expanded due to the fact the owner has wanted to maintain the one on one customer interaction which would be lost with a larger organization.
