Business Owner

Desiree Dela Pena, Founder and Artistic Director

Desiree has a Bachelors of Arts in dance from San Francisco State University. She has been involved in children and youth performing arts for the past 13 years as the music, dance and drama teacher at Merryhill Academy and as the Community Programs Director for Santa Clara Vanguard, a non-​profit performing arts organization, where she founded Inspired to Move: a teen/​adult dance program and Vanguard Jr. Company, a youth performance company. Her ultimate goal for students is to empower, enrich and inspire growing artists that will instill a love for themselves, as well as the performing arts.
