Poor hygiene, watched a repair man scratch his armpits while on his cell phone, while handling food prep machines, when I told the staff, they refused to tell the man to stop scratching himself and to wash his hands. They said the manager is Amelia, you have to tell her, but she’s not here.”… Amazing…

Been to many Subways. this place by far has been my best. A special mention to NAVJOT who goes out of the way to make your Sub Extra special and does not hesitate to load it with the veggies. My 2^nd time here and i’m going to drive that extra mile only to have my sub made the way i love it.

Subway restaurants are very predictable. Order the sandwich, make sure the toppings are correct and that’s it.
I’ve been to this location numerous times. Often, the sandwich artists perform their talents in a perfunctory manner, and the transaction is completed. Same conversation, and limited conversation due to most of the employees speaking in Spanish, and in some cases, about the customers, who aren’t always good at the translation.

But, I think this place is turning things around. The last two visits, I’ve been served by Candace. She is friendly, professional, and competent. Wow. I’m very glad she’s there. I’m hoping she does well at the store, and better yet, in life, with such a wonderful attitude. She will go places.
Anyway, thank you Candace so very much for giving me a better impression of this location, and of Subway in general.

Pretty crowded around the time I stopped in, needed to fuel up before going on a hike in Los Altos.
Decided to share a cold cut with Khoa N. before heading out for a hike with a group of friends in Cupertino. Definitely a good meal to have before a strenuous filled midday and the sandwiches here were hefty and packed, it’s like a contest of who can stuff the most lettuce in your sandwiches here.
Not the fastest service here as some workers seemed a bit lost, but we got our food and were able to eat and leave promptly there after.
Not much to describe about the food cause I mean it’s all pre-​prepared and assembled in front of you, just wanted something not fat-​laden or food coma inducing for the hike and well, this is as much veg I’ll get without eating a salad while crunched for time. Five dollar foot longs, you can’t beat that price either.

One of the worst service yiu can ever get, wanted to give negative one star. Went in get breakfast, only one person at making sandwich. It seems she had a big order and I was waiting for 10 minutes without any response from her. tried to get her attenetion couple of times, but she completely ignored. After 15 minutes of waiting I stopped her and asked her I’d she can take my order at which she told I have to wait as she is busy. 15 minutes in an empty subway without anyone attending to you. No wonder its vaccant. Go to some other location and help urself to a healthy sub, skip this location. Do urself a service.

Went in today for lunch, the Indian restaurant Sitara is closed permanently so I stopped in here.
I had to ask the lady who just handled some cold cut meat slices to change her gloves, since I was ordering a Veggie Delite and a Falafel Foot Long toasted sandwich.
This Subway is on the corner across the street from Kaiser Santa Clara on Homestead, small parking lot, it does have seating outside.
Food is made the way you want it, it did taste fresh, they have average size water cups which is nicer than Baja Fresh who has tiny ones. Price is good under $ 12 for two footlongs.

This is more of a comment on Subway’s Vegan option: Falafel. offered at this location… Well basically, Naah,
Not good, dry, not tasty… But at least Subway is trying. Remember Vegetable Patty is NOT Vegan, other option is Veggie Delight but also kinda bland. Drive 10 minutes to Falafel Stop in Sunnyvale.

This place is great for those who have a late-​night hunger pain. It’s open until 11pm, the service is quick, and it’s a healthier alternative than most fast food. My go-​to place in case I’m starving during a late night.

Nice clean friendly Subway. Try the double meat and it will stay with you!

It’s Subway-​nothing special here. Workers have been nice to me, the sandwiches come out tasting like I know they are going to taste.
Huge plus is that it’s less than 5 minutes from my place. Score for when I’m lazy to make my own sandwich.

I am becoming as big a fan of Subway as I was as a teenager when they first opened!
I am a new psuedo-​vegan (I don’t eat animal fat) and spent a couple days of road travel this weekend. I needed something vegan I could get quickly and eat in the car.
The 12 inch veggie delight (wihtout cheese) has 17 grams of protein and comes in under 500 calories! It is a winner!
My average for subway is 3 stars, as it’s tastey and convenient, but mass market, rather than localvore quality. I can just imagine the veggies are steeped in some sort of chemical preserver.
This location is more like a 3.5. It was the cleanest subway I’ve ever seen. The service was quick and friendly and they were generous with the toppings.

well the sandwich was really good but the employees were not polite and their English was suck!!! I didn’t understand what are they talking about!!! They should be fired~
