I would give this place 0 stars, except Unilocal requires at least one star for a rating. They sold me a product that was incompatible with my computer. Below is an email conversation per a refund that I have yet to receive. I would call them except my calls go straight to their voicemailbox… which happens to BE FULL!

(2 days later) great, I’ll be expecting the deposit in my paypal account by tomorrow 5pm pst. it has been since dec 29 since I was «supposed» to be refunded. I think I have been VERY patient.
