Tmoro Projects

T Moro Projects is a gem of a project space in Santa Clara. Takeshi Moro runs the space and curates the shows out of his home. The artists he has shown have all created new bodies of work for the exhibitions and the shows have been consistently strong and dynamic. The openings and artist talks are great – besides the draw of the artwork, Takeshi serves wonderful homemade Japanese food. Takeshi is a gracious host and the openings have a warm community based feel– it’s really a treat to spend an afternoon in his sunny backyard, looking at and talking about art! The shows have a diverse turnout and draw faculty and students from the local Santa Clara University, as well as artists from San Francisco and the East Bay.
