This store was an average retail store. Although, I prefer Vans shoes over the other shoes sold at other stores like PacSun, Tilley’s, and Zumiez. They had a variety of selections on shoes which was a plus.
The customer service was all right. I could tell that they were understaffed because they were spread out thin. No one greeted me and asked me if I needed help with anything. It was fine because I usually don’t ask for help and there were a lot of other people trying on shoes but it’s standard policy for all retail stores to greet customers and ask if they needed any assistance.
