I have never been so insulted in my Entire life. I went there to spend $ 15 dollars and my $ 20 had a small tear in it and this guy told me he couldn’t accept it, are you serious!!! He made go all the way back home to get another PERFECT $ 20 to give to him, then when I went back he told me he had the right to refuse service to me, are you serious, have they ever heard of CUSTOMERSERVICE!!! I work in retail and that is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I will never go there again!!!

Owners Manny and his brother are awesome!!! They bring back the friendly neighborhood store«feeling» where they care enough to learn your name and treat you as if you are m special. If Manny overhears you looking for a product, then he will order it special for you. Their staff are very capable and kind. This is my absolute favorite 7 – 11 store, hands down.

I haven’t reviewed this place because I’m always in and out real quick… But these guys are amazing. The owner’s awesome. Very friendly staff I used to be in here almost every other day they remember you. They’ll open the other register immediately if theres a line, even run two registers at a time sometimes. If you buy alcohol off the shelf they get you a cold one from the back(good lookin out!) You can tell they enjoy their business and know how to run a good neighborhood store even if it’s a franchise. Everything’s pretty clean and well stocked. You’ll find anything from toilet paper and giant rice crispy treats to beer pong and michelada accessories. My go to quick alcohol or coffee stop And again customer service is great I feel bad when I don’t visit!

One of the largest and cleanest 711 stores I Ever seen and the staff or maybe the owner Seem to be social and talks with his Customers where you don’t see it at other Stores! The store always seems clean specially the Slurby stand which had lots of activity on The California hot days ! The location has a large parking lot and open till late hours and has all kind of Characters coming in & out being the last Store on the block before heading to the Hills out of the Plum Canyon Community. This 711 has a small deli section and it’s Clean and convenient also has a toy section For kids. A large liquor selection stands behind the Cashier. But it’s a safe place to make a quick Purchase!

this 7 – 11 has the best owed ever. he’s friendly and actually talks to his guests and tries to know them. this 7 – 11 is also neat and tidy and it makes a perfect place to go for a beer run or just purchase a slurp during the hot summer days. so i personally recommend this 7 – 11 than the others also i include the one down the street next to that chevron before dominoes pizza(going southbound on Bouquet cyn rd)

This is a new 7-Eleven, a former Circle-K that was only about a year old. It’s more spacious, brighter and cleaner than most. I’ll dispatch with my two-pronged test for 7-Elevens first. In brief, do they keep the Slurpees flowing and will I be shot or clubbed whilst shopping? Sort of, and probably not. Being the northernmost convenience store on Boquet Canyon, you do get your share of characters who have made the half day trek down from the hills for a tallboy and some slim jims. These folks with their large trucks, loud bikes and/or neck tattoos really don’t want any trouble, so however off-putting they seem, they contribute to the eclectic and friendly atmosphere. But as for the Slurpees, they manage to keep the dreaded red light off for the most part, but it’s all a ruse. The light may be off but the stuff behind the window is a dark slush, not the snowy, glistening tone of a properly frozen Slurpee. You’ll deny your better judgment and pull the lever, only to be greeted with a 50 – 50 mixture of sleet and rain. You’ll tip your cup to drain and try it again, this time pulling slowly. Same result, what a shame. They need to fix that. A friend of mine heard a similar rant and labeled me a 7-Eleven snob, the first he’s ever met. Maybe so, but without the Slurpee and the Big Bite, 7-Eleven is just another Circle-K. Speaking of which, the Big Bite 2 for $ 2 hot dogs, a guilty pleasure if there ever was one, are always lukewarm. A lukewarm 7-Eleven hot dog is one of the saddest foods known to man. Keep those rollers hot! Can I get a witness? Two stars, but with tweaks in the key areas, this could be a four-star, the maximum for a 7-Eleven.
