I moved to this area 3 years ago and was worried about finding a good honest mechanic. Well, I found him. Larry and his guys are the best. He keeps my car running smooth without costing an arm and a leg. Recently he found an oil leak and instead of trying to make money off me, he told me it’s covered by factory warranty and to take it to the dealer to get it fixed for free. How many mechanics would do that?

There are bazillions of auto repair shops in the Santa Clarita Valley, and truthfully,
for me, trust is a huge concern. I’m one of those people who ordinarily drops off their car at the dealer for service and cries later.
This place was recommended by two of my sons, so I thought I’d give it a try.
I took in my 2005 BMW X3 for several reasons. Larry thoroughly explained the issues causing the problems and allowed me to view the findings before servicing the car.
My car now runs like it did when I purchased it 9 years ago and he didn’t quote me an astronomical fee for the repairs!

This place is a rip off, they’re deceptive. I called to get a quote on an oil change for my car and he said it’s going to cost $ 179 to change oil with the filter since it’s a luxury car and requires synthetic oil. He added some bullshit to it to make the process sound expensive. Just because I’m a girl it doesn’t mean I don’t know anything. I’ve had luxury cars all my life and never heard of an oil change with the cost of $ 179. I bet even the dealership wouldn’t charge that much. I called a few other places and the maximum they were charging was about $ 90, which is a fair price. So, if you want to be stupid and pay double the price, you should definitely go to this place ;)

The service was great, professional, clean, fast, and easy. I would highly recommend them if you need auto service.
I have a ’94 Accord that needed service. New master brake cylinder, front axles, and exhaust (rusted through in multiple spots), not to mention an oil change. Larry one of the owners was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure I knew everything about the car’s status before they did any work. I would have to say they made getting my car service very black and white with clearly defined, what must be serviced and what could wait.
After all the service was done, they even washed the car! not many places do that except at the dealer, and even then sometimes they don’t do it either.
I’ll be taking my cars here for their normal and abnormal maintenance. Would definitely recommend to my fellow Unilocalers.
