B & D Glass and Windows

I was happy with their price, their design suggestions, and their service. I’ve referred several friends to them, and they were all happy. They’ll definitely be the first call the next time I have glass needs.

Called B&D to get an estimate to repair my sliding door. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that I spoke to but what an honest and professional person. He gave me a quote over the phone and then added how I could save money by contacting a handyman to do the same repair. He provided a great reference as well. One may think they didn’t need the business or were too busy for the «small stuff» but that is not the case. I had received other estimates that were close to or higher than B&D’s. Everyone was just as busy but B&D was the only one thinking in my best interest in my situation. It’s very hard to find businesses with that type of honesty and service. Obviously I can’t speak for the quality of their work but if it’s anywhere close to the positive experience I had with them I’m sure it will be outstanding. They definitely gained my trust and will be on the top of my list in the future.

Dan came out to my home this morning to replace a window. When he noticed the manufacturer, he suggested we look into possible coverage we might already have. He was very helpful and polite to myself and my wife. He indicated he would still get an estimate for us in the event we don’t have breakage coverage already in place. Based on this interaction and experience, B and D glass will certainly be our first choice in the future. Thanks again for the excellent customer and prompt service!

I called this business to request information about the services they provide. The person who answered the phone told me they were «not interested» and rudely hung up the phone. I called back to verify that they were not interested in providing window replacement services for a home I am buying. To the person’s credit, she explained that she thought I was a telemarketer. However, the damage had already been done, since the person answering the phone did not do so with care and attention to my question. I will not be using this company’s services.

Very happy with the service! I called around before choosing B & D looking for someone. It was a little challenging because it’s New Year’s Eve but B & D was pleasant over the phone & was here within a few hours! I highly recommend them & will come back to them to replace all windows in the house ;)

I called B&D to have a broken window repaired in my house. They were able to come out the next day and replace it. The entire process took no more then 15 minutes. They were prompt and professional. I will definitely be using them again if I ever have another broken window.

My husband and I recently replaced an old fiberglass tub/​shower with a beautiful custom tiled shower. Once the tile work would be completed, the next step and finishing touch would be to enclose the shower with a clear glass door and adjacent fixed glass panel. Before construction of the shower was complete, I made calls to three local companies for ball park figures. I then ended up visiting two of the three showrooms to meet in person with those I had spoken with in order to discuss details for the shower door and to obtain actual quotes. During this whole process, the one company that stood out for me was B&D Glass. I spoke with the owner Rick by phone during the preliminary pricing phase, and met with him and his wife Lisa when visiting the showroom the following week. First let me say that these two are great people. They are warm and friendly, and I received so much information about glass doors and all of the various options available to us. When I left their showroom, even though I had one additional showroom to visit, I just knew that B&D would be the company we would choose for our project. Sometimes, you just connect with people.
The swinging door and fixed panel were installed yesterday and I have to say that they are gorgeous. The glass is so thick and heavy; absolutely top quality. The hardware is beautiful and is solid brass, so built for a lifetime. The two men who work for Rick and Lisa that came out to do the installation were extremely polite and friendly, and they did a beautiful job. I appreciated that when they first got to our house, they wanted us to look at all of the hardware to make sure it was the finish we had selected, and they explained in detail how they would be installing the shower door. I was told that the process would take about 2 hours for our type of door configuration, and they were right on the money with that estimate.
I would highly recommend B&D Glass and Rick and Lisa Grimsley for any type of shower or tub glass door enclosures you are thinking of having installed. They do excellent work, their prices are fair, and as I mentioned before they are just all around great people!

Had a broken shower glass panel. They were very professional and quick and did the job at a very reasonable price! What I thought was going to be an expensive repair, turned out to be an easily fixable problem and I’m so happy. I will defiantly call B&D next time for any glass or mirror needs!

B&D was pro right from the go. We had to postpone our install for about 9 months due to some family health issues, when I called to reschedule, they were onsite the next week. Installed shower glass, windows, etc all turned out perfect. They were professional, nice, fair, and turn out great work!!!
