At Bright Star Martial Arts, we change lives through fitness, martial arts, and therapeutic services and programs for people with special needs.

Established in 2010, our Taekwondo program trains the mind and body to perform at one’s best. We offer an inclusive place to grow, and a unique service to support personal development for both typical and special needs students alike. Bright Star is the only adaptive physical education martial arts facility in Santa Clarita and beyond, offering a full complement of programs for virtually any student.

We offer one-​on-​one, small group, and mainstream programs dependent on what works best for the student, and offer leadership programs for typical students to help build a more inclusive environment. We also offer personalized weight loss programs for adults and children, paving the way for a journey toward lifelong healthy living.

History

Established in 2010.

Bright Star Martial Arts grew out of a love of watching student’s lives change for the better as a direct result of their training. The Bright Star curricula is designed to both inspire and challenge all students. Bright Star recognizes a significant need for specialized therapeutic programs for people with cognitive and physical special needs. Today, Bright Star Martial Arts includes programs that help the widest variety of students set and reach goals in training environments designed to help them accomplish their goals.
