I never have a problem here. The ice cream always tastes good and I always receive great customer service from the employees. The only downfall I have to mention about here is that the line can get crazy long in the evening on a Saturday or Sunday. Families and their kids will flock to this place like the zombie apocalypse. Bring a nice cold bottle of water. Cold water always goes great with ice cream!

It’s expensive but it’s easily my favorite ice cream spot. The one right by my house closed so I don’t come as often as I would like. But when I do, I always leave with a happy tummy. They have so many combinations of ice creams, toppings, mix-ins, cakes, cupcakes, cones, bowls, scoops, shakes, etc. You could come every week for months without trying the same thing. Or they can make you whatever combination of something you can think of. We recently tried the ice cream cupcakes for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. They we ok, but I look forward to trying their ice cream cakes. I’m kinda tired of the Baskin Robbins cakes. I expect these to be much better. The staff is usually up beat & friendly, although I’ve gotten some long faces in there from time to time. Overall, I love it and so does my daughter. She gets to pick what she wants in her cup. I just wish they would open one in Stevenson Ranch again!

This place is disappointing. You come here expecting to get toppings mixed with ice cream only to see the staff barely mixes it together. They show little effort in their jobs and just quickly move along to the next person. Poor service. Management should definitely reconsider some of the staff.

Your hours on a Sat night are till 11pm so why when my husband goes in tonight at 10 all the ice cream is all put away. That is one of my biggest pet peeves with company’s. My husband got me the Love it cup and brings it home and there is barely any ice cream in the cup. What is with these you kids you hire. I have never had a problem at cold stone but maybe I will start taking my business to 31 flavors.

Great experience! I haven’t been to a Cold Stone in a LONG time. However tonight I thought I’d give it a shot again. Right when I walked in I was greeted by a SUPER friendly staff. I was helped by a girl by the name of Rylee, she was great and helped me decide what I should first taste test. After multiple tastings I was impressed, I wanted so many flavors. I asked Rylee the price per scoop and to my surprise you pay by size not scoop. Great!!! I got the biggest one with all the flavors I could fit and Rylee was kind enough to try and pack them in, which also liked cause I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off like I do at some ice cream places. I added some toppings, gave a tip, and was on my way. I soon noticed just how much ice cream I got, all for a good price. I had my doubts about this place, but thanks to kind service, great ice cream, and great value… I will be back again!

They never have chocolate covered cones past 6! Which is why they only get 3 stars instead of 4 stars for their over priced ice cream!

Ice cream is standard good as all other cold stones, I was expecting a song when I gave a hefty tip. The girls did not sing. also was not the friendliest service I’ve ever recieved.

I do love Coldstones. Just don’t really like how expensive it is and how little ice cream you get.

Great selection of quality ice cream! They now offer skinny vanilla for those of you, like me, that want to watch our figure. There are thousands of combinations of add on or they have a poster board with some ideas for you as well. The prices are great and the serving size is plentiful. I brought my wife and 2 kids here and we spent $ 8 for 4 ice cream servings with one topping each. Granted we asked for the kids size for them all, but that was enough for us all. There is never a long line here and the people working here are helpful and friendly.

Plenty is outdoor seating and lots of staff to help. They run a clean store and as a parent, that’s important. They are very friendly even when you march several loud kids in the store. It makes for a nice treat for the kids when you go out to dinner or just shopping in the stores nearby. Love their coffee flavor ice cream! I got it with the signature adds like toffee and almonds. Very nice!

I had my first visit to this store with my daughter. We used to go to the Burbank and North Hollywood store(closed now) when we used to live in Burbank. Since moving to Stevenson Ranch end of last year this was our first visit to a CSC store. I was disappointed with the variety of flavors. I love the black cherry one and they did not have it. Staff was friendly and nice. I used a BOGO coupon for a Love it size. I did notice they skim on the topping as someone had already mentioned. The cheesecake I got was too creamy for me… Nothing special .Just a regular cold stone creamery.

It’s practically impossible to beat the ice cream at coldstone. It’s the freshest, it’s the most delicious, and it is always worth the drive. Coldstone couldn’t be any further from my house in Santa Clarita, but it doesn’t stoop me from going there. The cake batter is to die for; mix it with some peanut-butter cups and you are in business. The staff at Coldstone is always friendly and quick, a lot to ask for when going to an ice cream parlor full of bratty kids and deliciousness.

Great ice cream place. Choose your own flavors and your own set of toppings. The place offers 3 different sizes, but only put two out on display. They don’t put the smallest serving size out called, «like it.» But don’t be fooled, if the other sizes are too big for you, you can still ask for the«like it» size. The Valencia Cold Stone also offers sliced almonds, for all those who care about how their almonds are cut. Haha… cuz I do. =] The sliced almonds just taste better than the diced or crushed ones. Or maybe that’s just me… lol. Pricey compared to self-serve frozen yogurt. Anyways, happy eating!

Ted and I really, really enjoy Coldstone Creamery. This location however, was our least favorite for a very long time. It is the closest to my house so we gave it multiple chances before we completely abandoned it. The staff was rude and cheap with the toppings and the manager was rude and the whole operation was totally inefficient. We usually left disappointed and in a huff. WELL, a few months ago we noticed that they were closed(not while we were trying to go there but just while walking by) and then shortly after they were open again with a sign that said, «New Management.» This sounds promising. We have been back in there three times since it reopened and every time has been a delight. The staff(I don’t know if they are new or just rejuvenated) is always a delight. They sing with the best of them(gah, Ted and I always tip and run out the door though.) They are super generous with the toppings. It’s been a complete turn around and we are thrilled. Good job Coldstone for the renovations.

It was freaking hot in the San Fernando Valley over the weekend and I guess I didn’t want to leave my home to get ice cream. So, I deserved a little treat for my lunch. I ate my sandwich at work and time to go get ice cream at ColdStone Creamery. This location is near the Baja Fresh, Tily’s, Elephant Bar, and the McDonald’s. I missed the location by accident since I was crossing a 4-corner stop zone in the plaza. I found a perfect spot right in front of ColdStone Creamery. I walked in and there was no one… NOONE in this heat?! I wonder why no one is getting ice cream. I ordered a Coffee Ice Cream with Oreos and Marshmallow toppings mixed in. I had in a Love It Size. The total for it was $ 5.20. I think $ 5.20 is a little pricey… Don’t you think?! Oh well, I have been a good boy and I deserve it. The guy gave me a taste of a marshmallow sauce. It was good, but it was a little starchy. I think I need to try it on ice cream for a better flavor. Anyways, ice cream didn’t melt from the store to my work. Damn, that was good ice cream. I think the price was the bothersome part of the experience. I could have gotten ice cream from Ralph’s and got Oreos and Marshmallows and still have change for $ 5. So, that deserves to knock off a star to 3. Between Alex’s & Quimo’s review, I think I should stay in the middle… lol.(In my head: Damn that was pricey) Have Fun here and Keep Unilocaling!
