Flamingo Cleaners

Dry cleaning is good, but prices are not consistent. Two very similar items taken at different times and a price difference of $ 5. Depending on who checks you in, you get a different price. Disappointed.

They are the BEST in every way. Fast, friendly and reliable. I take everything in –from alterations to delicates and they handle it all. I’d give them a 6^th star if I could.

I just love Flamingo Cleaners, especially since I know that my clothes will be taken care of and returned in better shape than ever! I take all my delicate, formal attire here and completely trust that they are in good hands! Not to mention the service is great too! :)

I love Flamingo Cleaners! They have great service and they know how to treat their customers well. I have tried other cleaners and I always come back to this place. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

The store doesnt look so cool and modern but Harry can remove any stain you give him. Car grease, automotive paint, house paint etc. Their prices are fair and they have coupons everywhere. I’ve even taken a competitors coupon and they honored it. Plant is on site, so the turn around is quick. I take all my employees polo shirts there. These people are hard working!

I finally am writing a review on Unilocal because this place rocked! Same day service, good prices, and honest people. So many places have promised me things before and haven’t stuck to there end of the deal. Other drycleaners send this place the hard to clean clothes because this man is good. He will even do it right in front of you. It was so cool watching the wine stain come out of my expensive Kenneth Cole shirt right in front of my eyes. It definitely wouldnt have come out at home. Two thumbs up for this place, im hooked!

This is by far the best dry cleaners I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and really know what their doing. I have had bad experiences at other dry cleaners so I drive a little extra to use Flamingo where I know I will never have any problems. Love this place!

I have been dealing with Flamingo cleaners for about 2 years now. I work in Santa Clarita but live in the valley. The staff is extremely helpful and have gone out of their way for me. Their service is excellent and quality of work is un-​measurable. I have altered a lot of clothes with them with no issues. They have removed stains which other cleaners were not able to. I have had other cleaners near my home alter my clothes and they completely destroyed my items. If you live in the area this has to be your go to place. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you for all your services.

I’ve never wanted to give a company a five-​star rating MORE than I wanted to give this company one. The staff is super FRIENDLY and they always seem to go out of their way to accomodate my needs. However, I feel like as of the last two visits, I have to be honest about my experience.
Twice in a row now I’ve gone into Flamingo to have my jeans hemmed. As a converse wearing gentleman, I enjoy NOT having a brand new pair of $ 100 jeans drug out on the earths surface. BOTH times I’ve brought those pants into the shop, put them on (with convernse on), and had the measurements taken for alterations.
So far, both times they’ve been off by quite a bit. I’m now two pairs of torn up pants into my relationship with Flamingo, and sadly, I’m done.
Too expensive to ruin that much ‘jean’ in that short amount of time.
They are really nice, and their dry cleaning services rock, but on an alterations level, this place is not getting it done correctly.

Not happy. I dropped off 7 shirts and 2 pants to be hemmed several weeks ago. I picked up everything except the 1 of the pants since they said they are not ready. So I go back 2 days ago and give them the BOTD that they will find them. Well now I have the owner and some lady telling me I had my wife pick them up…
I’M NOT MARRIED! So now, after being in a car accident I cant find my ticket and Im out of $ 80.00 pair of NEW pants I haven’t worn yet.
Pissed MUCH! and then I went to get my 10 items today, they gave me 9 and had me wait 10 min to find the other shirt!
AVOID THIS PLACE. I never give bad reviews, but this place earned it!

I had bad experience with owner re. sm. cut marks on pants, not once, but twice. First time after much denial of any damage they comped on my bill, even though the pants were damaged and not repairable. The secone time months later I talked to the other owner, a man, and he was very rude and uncomprismising — said they never have this problem and yet this has happened to me twice at different times. This was new $ 60 white capris cleaned only once and had no cut marks on them when taken into cleaners, so I don’t know what happened. I have never had a problem like this with other cleaners myself. I’m sure they must have had this type of problem, maybe a hook catching fabric and cutting, yet they would not take any responsibility and would not compensate me in any way. I do not want to be concerned about my clothes being ruined and the poor customer service was unacceptable. I will never use their services again.
