Ginger & Fox is Santa Clarita’s first exclusively gluten-free bakery specializing in cookies, doughnuts, muffins, breads, pies, cakes and pastries. Because each item is baked in small-batches to order, please order at least 48 hours in advance. Check website for menu items and for more information. Please note – we do not have a store front!
History
Established in 2014.
Alison Needham, baker/owner and celiac, knew there was a need for gluten-free baked goods that were made in a dedicated gluten-free space. She worked for years developing recipes that taste just as good, or even better, than their glutenous counterparts.

Business Owner
Alison is a recipe developer who has worked in the field for the past decade. Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2012, she got straight to work in the kitchen recreating all the flavors and textures in her favorite baked goods. Her taste testers include her husband and three kids. She is excited to share her gluten-free creations with you!
