Jer’s Lashes

I have had my lashes done once with Jer and months later and that was fine, tried to get an appointment with her. Once she finally texted me back. I made an appointment. 2 weeks later the day of she cancels and doesn’t answer to reschedule. I wait and u cancel the day of ??? I got a hold of her a week or so later. She answered with one available time and date when I asked any other times. No reply. Nothing. What kind of customer service skills do you have ??? I’ll tell u. NONE !!!
At least answer and say no Damn is that too hard ??! This review is for her lack of communication and sucky attitude.

Where do I start…
On February of 2016 will be my 2 year anniversary with Jeramy. I found her on groupon and am SOOO glad that I took the chance of trying something new. Called 3 more of my girlfriends so that they can make the appt the same day as mine.
2 years later… All four of us can’t live without her. You can have them as natural as you want or if you’re like me… I like it full and long! Ask for the Russian volume!!!
If you want to try eyelash extensions… She’s your girl. I’ve referred a lot of friends to her ans they all love her!

Let me start off with the positive, the woman that did my lashes was a really sweet lady. I felt she gave me adequate instructions on caring for my lashes. However, the next morning after I got my lashes done at least a dozen had come off. My instructions were not to put water on my face, not to put mascara on, and not to rub my eyes. With that being said following these instructions– I am still lacking a bunch of eyelashes that have been spread across my pillow. Either way– I guess I will just stick with mascara– lashes aren’t for everyone.

I bought a Groupon and was so excited after reading all the reviews. After multiple attempts to even get a call or text back to make an appointment, I gave up. Luckily, Groupon was kind enough to give me a refund after their usually refund period. It seems a company should limit the Groupon coupons they sell if they cannot handle the amount of appointments. Very disappointed in this type of customer service.

Leah is my new best friend forever! She is seriously awesome, very professional, did an amazing job on my eyelashes, I am very picky and I was very impressed by her, she is also very sweet and genuine. She was kind and just loved my time there, my eyelashes look fabulous, Leah did them exactly how I asked, (I brought a picture). It has been a few days and no problems, I don’t even need to put eye makeup, everyone has complimented them. I am a new customer and was not sure if I wanted to wait for an appointment with Jer since she is so booked, but I assure anyone having the same dilemma that Leah is wonderful. I found the place through groupon, yet you can get the same special without buying groupon, just mention it when you book your appointment. Jer is also very sweet, text message appointment time and address right away and assures you anything you can talk to her. Overall extremely good customer service and value. Highly recommend it. In this day and age when there are so many options, customer service and value go a long way. I would not go anywhere else to get my eyelashes done, I have gotten them done twice before in two different places and definitely this place is by far the best!!!

I initially used Jer from Groupon and since then I’ve been addicted. I’ve gone back for 3 re-​fills and I’ve had Leah do my lashes all the time.
Making the appointment was simple, Jer is quick to respond and professional. She tries to accommodate your busy schedule and they actually have 2 locations (CC and Mission Hills).
She also calls to confirm appointments or if things are running late.
Leah is amazing! She is so so sweet. My first time with her and my very first time getting lash extensions and she is great. She assesses your eye shape, what you want (full, natural, etc) and gives recommendations base on the type of lashes you have.
I am a typical no lashes, short, thin, etc. She gave me natural full lashes that I get compliments on all the time. A brand new set was 1.5 hours and re-​fills are avg 1 hour.
I’ve had my lashes last 3 weeks with of course the few falling out especially at the outer corners, but still look decent until the next re-​fill. Leah is clean and knows what she’s doing. She doesn’t rush you even if there’s other clients waiting. She will take her time to make sure your lashes look good. I know this is a long review but seriously my first time ever with lash extensions and I am so in love with them. I haven’t had any irritation, they look so good, I don’t wear makeup anymore, and they last long if you take care of them well.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for a while now and been having problems with the lashes falling out after a few days and not lasting. To my surprise when Leah did it for the first time it actually lasted 2 wks with maybe 3 lashes that fell out. Amazing quality work by her and will never go anywhere else.

Just got back from my first lash appt with Leah. She’s seems nice but there wasn’t any relaxing music and I wasn’t given a brush for after care. Honestly, that’s not important just thought I should point it out since others have commented on it. I’ve been getting my eye lashes done for over 2 years and this was average not horrible but I must say that Leah is not the gentle type. She had to remove my left over lashes and it was so painful. Weird thing is everytime I would react she never apologized or attempted to care. And to make it worst, when it was done, she pulled off the tape so fast that I felt like she ripped off a layer of skin! It looks Ok but everytime I blink I can feel the glue at the corner of my eyes.
This was a one time trip since my reg lash lady was booked. Needed it quick for vacation next week. Will not be back. Sorry Jeri, maybe if you had done it I would have had a different review. Thanks for fitting me in though I appreciate it.

This was a big no no, I’ve been getting extensions for a few months from nay different locations and by far my least favorite. Leah was nice, but not very informative, I made my appointment with Jer and she was not available nor was I made aware of this. The location is sketchy, and Leah would not share the kind of glue used and this is important. She told me the glue may itch, which has never happened before at any lash place. Usually lashes may be bothersome the first day, but i am about 5 days in and theyre only becoming more annoying and messy. Too many have fallen out with my own lashes, bottom line, I would not return and am about ready to go elsewhere to have these removed! (Also, I never write reviews, I had to make time to express my experience because of how disappointed I am)

First and foremost, I must say that I absolutely love my lashes because of these ladies! I discovered Jer’s lashes through my sister (who did her research and found this place). She went one day and her eyelashes were stunning! I had to try it. So, I booked my appointment with Jer, who set me up with Leah that same week. Leah is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable, takes her time, walks you through the after care, and is very delicate with your lashes. Make sure to voice to them how you want your lashes done and how you want them to look (thin/​thick/​etc). I told Leah exactly how I wanted them to look and she went above and beyond and made them spectacular! Everytime I go in for my biweekly refills, they come out even better!
I’ve learned the lashes last longer with great care. Make sure you use the brush they give you to comb your lashes & fix the ones that stick out & follow the aftercare sheet they provide you. And if you have any questions Jer is always available to answer them thoroughly. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Jer & Leah!

Jer does a great job. She answers all your questions and her application is beautiful. I received so many compliments and it lasted a good 3 weeks without noticeable lost of eyelashes. Taking care of and being mindful of them definitely helped. I avoided rubbing my eyes and used the little brush she gave me when they got tangled or pointing the wrong way.

This is for the Mission Hills location and for both Leah and Jer! They both were excellent in their customer service! I had an appointment with Leah and Jer was so kind to give me prep advice before the appointment since this was my first time getting extensions. When I got to my appointment Leah was so welcoming and kind and put me at ease right away. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I had hoped for! She’s amazing and even put on her relaxing music during the appointment. The space was clean and she was just all around perfect. I will definitely be back for fill ins! Thank you so much!
Update: it’s been 17 days since the appointment and though about half of my lashes have fallen out they’re still looking nice. I’m happy that they haven’t fallen out in an odd manner, so my lashes look natural still but less full. Some lash extensions became loose (I’m new to this so I guess oil from my skin or since I go to the beach a lot, there’s a lot of heat and wind that comes into contact with them) and they would twist and sometime end up poking me in the eye. So you must be diligent with grooming them! They’re great now I just need a fill ASAP!

I found out about Jer’s lashes through groupon. I just had my lashes done with Leah today at the mission hills site and I’m loving the lashes! They make my eyes look dramatic and they feel really natural. I hope they last long! Will def come back. I’m hooked!

I have always wanted to try lash extentions and I’m so glad I found Jer to do them. My lashes are naturally long but sparse. I was beyond pleased when she finished and I looked in the mirror. Jer made them look full, long and sexy. I couldn’t believe how natural they looked; it’s literally insane in the membrane. My co-​worker saw my lashes at work the following day and was so impressed. She said they made my eyes look big, like Bambi LOL
Jer is really sweet and made you feel comfortable right off the bat. She talked me through everything and was and made sure I understood the lash care procedures.
All in all, I love my lashes! With them on, I can’t help but feel bomb. I can actually wake up and say #iWokeUpLikeThis LOL I can’t wait to for my monthly visits to get my lashes done. Thanks again Jer!

Lastly your lashes don’t fall with eyelash extensions the only ones that do are your own lashes that shed.

i discover Jer’s through groupon. I thought why not give it a try since her location was so close to where I live. she’s very nice and the lashes were phenomenal she did such a great job ! im going back to my refill tomorrow and boy I can’t wait !

Not only Jer is super sweet but also she is The best eyelash specialist in the county. I did my eyelashes in the past and trust me it’s really hard to find someone that good. I love my new look and I highly recommend Jer’s Lashes!

Jer did an excellent job on my lashes! She was very efficient and quick but made sure I was completely happy with my lashes before I left. She really cares about what looks good on you and what your lashes can handle. Also responds to questions quickly! Very happy!

Jer did a great job on my lashes. They’re a tiny bit more full than I like, but I’m sure either they will grow on me, or some will fall out in the next week and then I will be even more obsessed! If anyone is thinking about purchasing the Groupon, call her up first — it’s always best to talk to the merchant before you purchase the deal. Just a tip :)
I was really impressed that she listened to what I said. I like my lashes to be «wispy» as she put it. And they are as I asked. I’m really pleased! Can’t wait to come back.
