Robert Mansour received his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles and has been practicing law since 1993.

He has worked for a small personal injury firm near Pasadena, California and for the Burbank City Attorney’s office. Robert has also been a member of a large civil litigation firm in Glendale, California where he was recognized by the firm as Trial Attorney of the Year. He was also a member of the firm’s pro bono Adoption Team which allowed him to serve at the Childrens Courthouse.

He has served as a volunteer arbitrator and as a mediator with the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Robert also studied mediation at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.

I had a car accident last year and felt I could handle to process on my own. Not a great idea. Very late in the process, after showing up to the «black tie» party in a «clown suit», I realized I should have brought an attorney on-​board right away. We asked Robert Mansour to take a look at our existing estate plan. Our old plan was written at least 10 years prior and our child is now a young adult. Mr. Mansour’s review was extremely thorough. Our previous document had not been fully executed, nor did we truly understand all of it. Mr. Mansour took great care to organize and help us achieve an estate plan that works for us and our family. The updated plan was presented to us in an organized notebook with instructions that are easily understood, much better than our previous document. He and his very pleasant and efficient staff have made us feel like family. I highly recommend them.
Recently, I asked Robert for advice regarding an insurance settlement for a motor vehicle accident. We talked about the problem, and I provided a large folder of information which he reviewed. Robert Mansour helped my husband and me with an estate plan and I can’t recommend him enough. He and his office staff were very professional and made the whole process so simple. Robert is very detail oriented and clear in explaining the various options of the estate plan. He also provides you with a binder at the end (both a hard copy and electronic version) that summarizes everything in easy to understand language. We had been avoiding doing an estate plan for several years, but it was a pleasant and easy process thanks to Robert.

I got into an accident with my Porsche and wasn’t covered by my policy because of lapse of a day coverage, my car almost got totaled nobody wanted to advise the right way of going about this, Robert mansour is a great person guided me how to go about the insurance from the other party thankfully I got 10 000 from their plus 2000 for my injuries because the judgement was the ladies fault.

I had nothing but great and professional service using Robert Mansour and his team as my attorney. I was involved in accident (from behind) on the freeway and was not going to use a lawyer. I was just gonna walk away and count my loses and go on with my life. I was in the whole because I didn’t have a car for work no more plus I was having pain from my accident. I was recommended to Robert by my chiropractor last year when I was involved in a large accident– at the other person’s fault. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I had an initial meeting with him soon after the accident and he broke everything down for me so well. I had never gone to a lawyer before for an accident related case and was only 23 when it happened, so I was lucky to find someone who is genuine and will truly work hard for you!
Just a truly nice person who doesn’t cheat you out of anything. Communication was great also– any time I had questions, they were promptly and well answered. He’s been so nice and supportive to me for everything and I’m truly grateful!

If I could rate Robert Mansour higher, I would! I recommend him to anyone who wishes to have a trustworthy, good-​intentioned, genuine, knowledgable, driven lawyer fight for their case. My entire experience with Robert Mansour was terrific. When I was rear-​ended in October 2012, suffering physical injuries, I was only 25 years old and had never dealt with lawyers before, so I was a bit nervous about initiating a lawsuit. Thankfully, Robert Mansour explained everything in detail at the beginning, end, and during every step of the way. He eased my nerves and showed me that he really cared about me as a person and not just my business (which is what I was worried about). He even took the time to call my parents at different times during the case and explain the entire situation to them also, which I and they appreciated tremendously. He answered my calls within an hour if not answering right away, and answered my emails within a few hours. He and his staff are very personable, professional and detail-​oriented– they made sure they received all of my pertinent medical records and calculated everything correctly to support my case to the fullest extent. I was never worried they would miss/​forget something.

Robert Mansour failed to follow up with me repeatedly during our case. His office forgot to call me for scheduled conference calls, he did not update me on my case as promised and did not follow through on certain actions he claimed he would.
Maybe he treats his other clients better. For my personal injury case he repeatedly focused on what I should do to win a case rather than receiving the proper care I need for my injuries. I spoke with the office he referred me to for medical care and was told that he had given them instructions on how to treat my case. Unacceptable.
I am very displeased with my experience at this office.
