Andrew, who runs this business, is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever spoken with. He did not ask me for any information and made so many assumptions before ever taking my call. Jameson should be running this business as he was cool, calm, collected, and easy to work with. Andrew shouted, yelled, talked over me, and made accusations. He backtracked on those only after I could prove them false. He should not be in any type of customer service position and refused to answer the reasonable question I called with. Horrible horrible horrible.

Zero Stars necessary. I spoke with Andrew today about why I received a notice. Very unprofessional and a despicable behavior. All I needed was to know where to find the information about my violation. He never delivered. He accused and yelled and screamed like a child that had his candy taken. I have no idea why my HOA allows this guy and his company to manage there property. Horrible. Do not use this company.

Can I give NO stars?
The most unprofessional management company I have had the misfortune of being faced with. The President, CEO, and VP, Andrew (does anyone else work there) is not only no where to be found when you have questions on supposed projects that were supposed to be done months ago or if you actually have a problem. However, when he needs something non-​emergency done in your unit, he will call you 5 times in a row with zero notice plus give you a false timeline in order to get his needs met according to his time line. That is not ok and we feel our rights have been violated.
Do yourself and the building a favor and do NOT use this ridiculous company.

I would highly recommend NPMG for your leasing needs. Apple & Denise were very efficient. They followed up with all my questions via email or phone calls.

Truly wonderful and professional to work with. As a landlord for over 35 years, I usually rent my own property. When Apple, at NPMG, responded to my ad saying she had numerous renters qualifying for my, property I thought this was just a come on. I was a bit put off by by «another“property management company responding to my ads. But she was true to her word. Within two days five couples viewed my house, four couples were interested and it was rented. She was quick to return calls and do paperwork, besides fun and knowledgeable. I am definitely keeping her card and recommending her.

My experience with NPMG was outstanding. The professional team of Adam, Trish, and Apple found a renter for my house on the first try. They were quick to return my calls and had the answers I needed. The renters qualifying paperwork preceded them so the transition was an easy. I would definitely use them again.

As a board member of the Rainbow Glen Homeowners Association in Santa Clarita I need to say how great it is working with a real professional company. We have had one of the largest property management companies in the area managing our HOA for years and after getting new property managers in training every few months, we moved to National Property Management Group.
Andrew and his staff are always on top of it. They know the best venders and have helped us streamline our HOA meetings. It’s nice to have someone answer the phone when we call with a question or problem. One thing all of the board members agree on it how useful their website is and our home owners love the online account management.
If you are thinking of working with NPMG, don’t take to long making up your mind. This group of people know their stuff and we are very happy we made the move.

Apple Levy was an excellent point person for our assistance in looking at the property we decided to go with. She was ver responsive, kind and thoughtful to our needs as a reenter. We appreciated her time in communicating and going through everything that is involved. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buying or selling a home.

Not a very professional company at all!!!
It took two weeks and me pestering them to finally get a call or email returned. I called and emailed this company numerous times about a few houses that I liked in the area. Nothing in response to all my inquires. Finally when they did, all the houses that I was interested in were gone. Then another house came up and I was called back on this house. Only to find out that the owner of the home that I liked, would not budge on the simplest of requests. And the employees at NPMG wouldnt lift a finger to help me talk to the owner on why some of my requests were denied. Paint is too much to ask for, I was providing the paint and labor for the inside, and not an extreme color, it was a mild brown on an accent wall. Really!?! Its a home, not a priceless museum.
So many things to say about this company and not much is good. Their homeowners are unreasonable in their demands for deposits and rules. The communication is the worst. They have a bunch of assistants running around doing all the work, while the people who make the decisions are never available to answer the questions that the assistants cant.
I don’t understand how they stay in business with such practices. I called up a true real estate professional and got a house in two days. Stay away from NPMG unless you have a ton of time to waste, and a lot of hair to pull out.
