History
Established in 1970.
I started out after college selling business equipment. From there I became an assistant to the sales manager of a spa and hot tub company After I help him pear down the less productive sales people by keeping track of their production of sales, the President moved me into the construction department as the sale had sky rocketed. With a large backlog of jobs, I streamline the department by placing the trades on a piece work program. I was hired away by a remodeling contractor in the city and he took me under his wings and trained me how to design, estimate and sell various types of residential and commercial remodeling projects. We created a large volume of work and I later joined another contractor in a location closer to my home in the San Fernando Valley. When the market started to decline we decided it was time for Randy to spread his wings and open up his own business as a residential and commercial remodeling contractor. The was in November of 1980.

Business Owner
A true Valley Boy, I grew up in SFV. After joining the US Army in February 1968 and touring Viet Nam in 1969⁄70 with the 101st Air Borne, I attended U.C.L.A and graduated in 1976 with a degree in Economics. I pursued my career as a contractor learning design, estimating, marketing, and sales before I started my own company in November of 1980. During the earlier years of my career and as a result of various economic turn downs I sought additional income as an instructor and researcher for two different contractor schools. I taught wantabe contractors Contractors’ License Laws, Mechanic’s Liens, Accounting and business practices, as well as labor laws as it related to contractors. As the only person in the corporation with construction background I was the editor of the trade exams administered. I later started a building inspector school to run parallel to my construction company in 1995. I prepared hundreds of individuals in preparation for the nation code examinations.
