Marie Tanner represented us in the sale of my Dad’s mobile home and she was amazing! We faced unique challenges as I live 36 miles away and my Dad moved into assisted living near me. Travel to Santa Clarita was a challenge and meant taking time away from caring for my Dad. Marie was just incredible! She found us referrals for needed repairs, she was on site whenever someone needed access, she took pictures to assess the quality of the work. She just made everything as stress free and effortless as possible for us and we are so grateful. She also helped us keep things in perspective and not get discouraged as we were in escrow twice with buyers that fell through before we closed with the third one. On top of all that, she is a wonderful, caring person. We highly recommend her.

If you choose Realty Executives, please choose any other realtor from this company than Brandon King. It reflects badly on Realty Executives that they continue to employ a person this low in caliber. He is the worst realtor I’ve ever known, and I’ve known quite a few. He made my escrow a nightmare. He is emotionally and verbally abusive. He claims to have «years of experience», but from them he’s learned nothing. He certainly doesn’t have the basic understanding of people, property, or contract laws that he claims to. He will unabashedly twist any truth to fit his needs so that he can get what he wants. Dishonesty is his forte. He loves to create dissension and stir up trouble wherever he can. In a group conversation, if others are starting to work toward an agreement that he doesn’t think they should come to, he will attempt to pull the conversation back a few steps to where there was still disagreement. I can only imagine that all through elementary, junior, and high schools, he must have been the bully, because that’s what he is now — a much older bully who hasn’t matured beyond those growing up years, or learned that intimidation is not always the best technique to get your way. And that’s all he cares about — getting his own way regardless of how much truth he has to bend or who he has to verbally beat up. Don’t try to reach him on Saturday or Sunday because he «doesn’t work on weekends», which makes real estate a very odd choice for him. It’s unfortunate for people who have had to work with him that he did end up in real estate. The best idea is to run as fast as you can in the opposite direction if you’re looking for a decent, knowledgeable realtor.

Paul Morad and his staff were excellent to work with. They bent over backwards to sell our home and to get us into the home we purchased (a short sale) within 3 months. I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to sell or buy a home.

During the Spring of 2009 I had an absolutely horrible first home buying experience with the SCV Agents Team of Realty Executives.
The agent I was working with was late for appointments (didn’t show up for two of them), continued to show us the same kind of downtrodden properties, neglected to inform us of critical financial information, and didn’t appear to have any real interest in finding us a home. It was only when I contacted our agent’s boss (Brian Ends) that we were able to locate a property that was suitable to our needs.
To top it off, after the closing, the agent placed all of our signed documents under our door mat and then drove off (only later calling me while on the road to confirm that the closing was done and the house was ours); mind you, I was home when she dropped off the documents.
Finally, their recommended lender (through Countrywide, prior to the BoA buyout) was an absolute joke. Disorganized, short-​tempered, and also uninformative.
It’s been three years so I hope things have changed, but I would avoid working with Paloma @ Realty Executives at all costs. She’s too young, immature, and non-​communicative to be left in charge of your home buying experience.

Carol Neyer is a consummate professional whose clients are fortunate to have represent them. I’ve seen firsthand how she continually puts their best interests ahead of her own while insuring they’re getting a good deal.

One word. Tricia Elefante. No, that’s two words. Oh well.
Anyway, the recent real estate boom (and subsequent bust) got many people into the real estate business. Selling houses is like selling cars, most anyone can do it but not everyone can do it well.
You have to find someone that is a professional and chose this as their career and not something fun to try for a while.
I was lucky enough to find Tricia Elefante of Realty Executives. She is a true realtor who has been in the business in the SCV forever. She knows the business and the SCV inside and out. I cannot write enough good things about her.
I would not be in my house if it was not for her. Buying this house was no easy task as it was a bank sale and banks are not the best sellers to deal with. Anyway, there was a lot of drama behind the scenes with the bank, the HOA and bank hired contractors. Tricia handled everything and told us about none of it, until the sale was complete. We had enough to worry about without getting involved in arguing with banks. She also sat with us and a lender until the wee hours of the morning to get financing lined up.
I know 4 other people who have used her as well and all were extremely grateful they used Tricia. If you are going to use a realtor, you might as well hire a pro.
