Michael Sprock came to my home to give me an estimate to take two soil samples, test them and give me a compaction report. He told me it would be around $ 1,000. I gave him a $ 500.00 deposit.
When I got his final invoice, Sprock wanted $ 1,800.00. I refused to pay him and he sued me in small claims court. The judge threw the case out because Sprock had never served me.
Michael Sprock is the most dishonest soils geologist in Southern California. Even my geotechnical engineer told me that his bill was very excessive. Call another geologist if you need soil work done, you don’t want this to happening to you!

I have been using this company for my guesthouse. Since it is a hillside construction, it required a lot of engineering. Southwest is been very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this company.
