I go to this subway a lot because its close to my work. I usually have good service. I do have to ask for extra veggies otherwise they skimp on those. The older gentleman that works there is always super nice and helpful. When the younger girls are working they tend to be preoccupied with things they are doing and will leave you waiting while they have conversations(like a previous reviewer had said). An acknowledgement that I am there would be great, a simple«I will be right with you» would suffice. One time I was asked if I was ready and I replied«yes» and she just went on doing other things and then came back several minutes later and asked me the same question. At that point I had a family waiting behind me.

I have been to this location at least a half a dozen times and service is iffy at best. Yesterday I went in with my son and we ordered two six inch subs and the two people who worked there were completely occupied with a very personal conversation regarding the dating habits of one of their mothers… really, this has to happen in front of customers??? The service was slow and we had to repeat toppings because they were talking. I was just about to say something when I got the head shake from my son. Probably because he didn’t want to be embarrassed, but they deserved a talking to about this happening. Like I said service is iffy here, but if I come in here again and it is in the middle of a conversation, no matter who is with me I will let them know. Two other fast food places right next door so you have a choice.

I came to this subway and asked for egg white and steak sandwich. They told me that breakfast was over and that the sandwich is 7.99, which is $ 4 more than the original price. I can’t believe that this subway would charge 4 dollars more for their sandwich while every other subway charges the same price. Obviously they are making profit from the original price, so dumbfounded that this place would practice the art of Losing Customers.

This subway location in SCV is my favorite. It’s clean, not busy usually and the service is great. Subway has sandwiches for everyone. If you are looking for something healthy, make your favorite sandwich into a salad. If you don’t mind calories, then there is plenty for you as well. Then there are those halfway sandwiches, like the forest black ham sandwich that is delicious yet the footlong has only 720 calories.

The employees here are not so bright. Seating is really limited. I ordered a veggie sandwich and the girl barely put any lettuce, even after i asked for more. What’s the point of a veggie sandwich with practically no lettuce? It wasn’t that crowded, but they took forever.

I come to this place in the morning right when they open on my break from work because I start at 5:30am sometimes. This is one of the healthiest options around since most other breakfast places that are open are diners with greasy eggs and bacon. So in that regard, hooray Subway! But, occasionally they aren’t ready at 7am when they open, still setting things up and what not, which causes a 5 – 10 minute delay in getting your food. I understand it’s early, but I also think if your sign says you open at 7, you should set up shop well before then. A man that worked there was also once rude to me because I walked in at 6:55. He screamed at me and said«WEAREN’T OPENYET.» I was completely shocked by this and asked what time it was. He screamed back that it wasn’t 7 yet. So I stood outside for 4 – 5 minutes while he and his half-asleep staff scrambled to get their assembly line ready. Really though, if you’re going to scream at somebody at 6:55am, keep your doors locked until 7 and save everybody the headache!

I thought I knew what attitude was until I came to this subway. Yeah I’ll admit, I wasn’t extremely clear on what type of sandwich I wanted, but the sandwich artist didn’t have to be a b! tch about it. I mean, I’m think I was being as polite as possible? Whatever though, 3 stars just because 2 stars looks like shit.
