The Great British Carpet Cleaning People

We had an indoor accident over Thanksgiving. We discovered in the morning Our dogs had pooped inside the living room area in the middle of the night. At around 8 AM we started calling carpet cleaning companies. We found the Great British Carpet Cleaning People at our convenience.
They responded within an hour! And this is after Thanksgiving! We couldn’t be more relieved that we found somebody that was open on Black Friday :-)
Alan was very professional came within 15 minutes of his response time and did a fantastic job and did not rush the cleaning process whatsoever.
The price is very reasonable and fair, especially after a holiday. He said «he’s not happy until we are happy» & offered to come again if for some reason the pooped area is questionable later after drying. I highly recommend this business. It’s truly American service.

I was very happy with this carpet cleaning company. They were lovely people and did a great job. I liked that they came to my home to give us a free quote on the job. How else are companies supposed to accurately tell you how much the job will cost? They were very polite and told us exactly what they were doing and what we needed to do to have longer lasting clean carpets. I would highly recommend The Great British Carpet cleaning people!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Allen and Sharon came out last week to give us a free quote, and I instantly knew they were the right people for the job. It took us months to find the right company to come out and clean our couches. I am a really picky, overly clean and organized person; so that explains why it took me so long. My family was moving into our new home in the SCV and chose them to clean our carpets and tile. They provided excellent service and had very fair pricing. We were very pleased with their cleaning and will call on them again when we need to!

I wish all small business owners were as courteous and conscientious as Alan and his daughter Sharon, who did all the cleaning themselves. Their quote was way cheaper than I expected for a whole house, even though it required significant time to remove some of the heavier duty stains. There were no hidden costs or pressure to increase the amount of service, unlike other carpet cleaning companies I’ve encountered. I will definitely always use the Great British Carpet Cleaning People again and can’t recommend them enough!

Well I wish I would have had a chance to give a good review but after coming to my house to give me an estimate Alan insisted on emailing me the estimate said I would get it that night… a week later I called again spoke with Alan told him I never received the estimate said how sorry he was got my email address again & said he’d email it right over needless to say I never heard from him. I was ready to hire these guys for last weekend but since they can’t even bother to call me or email me back says a lot about their customer service or should I say lack of!!! Next!

They both came out and gave me an estimate for all the carpets in my two-​story home, and even included an incredibly reasonable quote for the grout on my tile. No other quotes I had received were anywhere close to their’s.
I knew immediately that they were ethical and could be entirely trusted, and so we made a date and a few days later my carpets look brand new. Watching them work was literally like watching an eraser on the chalkboard, erasing dirt and stains everywhere. They finished barely an hour ago and my carpets are nearly dry everything is spotless and bright.
These two are hard-​working, gracious and lovely people. You would be hard-​pressed to find two better carpet cleaners in their field! I highly, highly recommend them.

Quick, fast, and inexpensive. Alan, the owner and his daughter, Sharon, are the cleaners as well. They do a great job and more importantly they care about doing a great job. Dont look any further, they are awesome.

Alan is great, very professional and friendly!!! Called him, got an estimate on the same day, had the carpet cleaned the next day. Afterwards got some tips on how to maintain my carpet clean. Next day he came back as promised to follow up with a surprise little gift.

They really are the great British carpet cleaning people & they did an amazing job on the 10 year old carpet in the house and at a great price too, I would recommend them to anyone who needs there carpets, upholstery, or tile cleaned. Truly great work the carpets look brand new again, they also let me set up an appointment that was a good time for us & they were prompt and on time. I would definitely say that they are the best in the business at what the do & wonderful people as well.

I called this company to clean my carpets in a townhouse I was moving out of. They were very prompt in returning my call and setting up a time to come out and give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable for the service that you get. They were very friendly and professional and even spent the time to dry the carpets before they left because they knew that my landlord was coming by that same day to do a walk through — I’ve never had a carpet cleaning company go so above and beyond with their customer service! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-​priced carpet cleaning company.

My house has a lot of tile and the grout was getting really dark. I tried cleaning it myself but after 3 hours with my knees and back all sore I gave up seeing as I only cleaned 5% of the house. I called the Brits and they were able I give me a few options to fit my budget. I am very glad I gave them a call now that they’ve come and I’m looking at my tile. The grout is so white it’s almost obscene. I might need to start wearing sunglasses if I ever want to stare directly at the grout. Sarcasm aside, the grout and tile look like they were just installed today.
I would highly recommend them for all your floor cleaning needs.

I recently moved into a new place and the carpet was filthy from the previous tenants. The Landlord said that if I was willing to take the place as is that she would knock half off of the security deposit and then I could take money off of the rent to fix the place up so I accepted and moved in.
I had heard horror stories about carpet cleaners charging a bunch and then doing a horrible job, or them doing that bait and switch thing and I was nervous about finding a carpet cleaner that wasn’t going to screw me over. Well after a lot of research I came across these guys and I gave them a call. I was told it would be $ 89.95 no questions asked no extra charges so I scheduled for them to come out.
On the day they were supposed to come out they ran a bit late because of a previous job, but it was not a problem and they were very apologetic about it. Once they arrived Alan and Sharon took a look at the carpet and realized that a different machine would work better for the kind of carpet I had. So they left to go get a different machine.
When they got back with the different machine, they got to work immediately and in only 30 minutes my carpet looked brand new. After they were done Sharon dried the carpet with fans while my Fiancé and I talked to Alan. He is a very very nice gentleman and it was a pleasure to talk to him.
After everything was all dry Alan gave my Fiancé and I a bottle of an organic spot cleaner and he showed us how to use it and told us that refills were free and that all we had to do was call them and tell them it was empty and then leave it on my doorstep and then someone will come pick it up and replace it with a full bottle which I though was really cool.
So like I said before if you are looking for honest and affordable carpet cleaners then choose The Great British Carpet Cleaning People, you will not be disappointed!

After using a well known local company for several years (and watching their prices go up while their service went down), I decided to try The Great British Carpet Cleaning People. I am so glad I did! Not only are their prices extremely fair and reasonable, Alan and Sharon are very professional, prompt and a wealth of information regarding all things carpet! They are also very thorough at stain removal. My couches look and smell brand new! After having several conversations with Alan, I truly believe he is a man of great integrity, which is a rare thing these days. I will definitely use them again!

Did a great job cleaning the carpets, left a fan to help them dry, price was very resonable and less than half of what competitors were charging. Gave me a bottle of carpet spot cleaner and good instructions on carpet upkeep. In Santa Clarita go with these guys.
