U Wash Doggie

My little puppy is very difficult to work with and doesn’t stay still. The owner was capable to pamper and take care of my difficult dog. He spoiled him and even though my dog is a difficult case he was able to give him an amazing grooming that made him look really handsome. I know my puppy likes to fight and jump around and when I finally picked him up today I was very surprised by the job and care I saw today. I would definitely recommend this place even if you think you have a very difficult dog to work with.

One of the best places in Santa Clarita to pamper your dog at. They are honestly so patient and kind with my little terror, I highly recommend this place to all they will take great care of your dog no matter the size.

This place was great! My dog HATES goi g to the groomers normally. She really seemed to like this place. They are all very much dog people and seemed genuinely exited to meet Molly and take care of her. She went in with her tail up and happily trotted into the back. When we came back she looked BEAUTIFUL and they even put a cute little bow on her collar. She was happy and they were quick! We will absolutely be back! Great experience at this place, our favorite place we have discovered.

I have been taking my English bulldog BRONX here for many years now and can vouch that this is the best place for pet maintenance/​grooming needs. When I was living in San Francisco there were local dog wash businesses but I was never completely satisfied. I would go as far as traveling back home for the weekend one or two times during each month just to take BRONX to u wash doggie. Whether you are dropping of your pet or are more into meticulously grooming your pet yourself, such as I, this place provides everything needed to get the job done (teeth cleaning, nails, allergy sensitive shampoo). Francisco and his team care tremendously about each and every one of their clients and can be validated everytime through their professionalism and great customer satisfaction. Do yourself and your pet a favor and come check it out. Believe me you will not be disappointed

Been coming here for over 3 years. They always do a beautiful job grooming my long hair Silky /​Maltese. (Even if I have waited too long between grooming. Oops!) Its on the other side of Santa Clarita from me, so I’ve tried other neighborhood groomers who straight up just shave my dog then charge $ 75 calling it the «puppy cut» I asked for. Lesson learned. It’s a cool concept, to wash your own dog in their tubs. But the groomers are top notch!

Wow! First time here and I will never go anywhere else! There are three gorgeous dogs that greet you and are so happy– obviously because they are so loved! I had no qualms about leaving my little Ziggy there. He looks fantastic and was very happy when he came out obviously because he had been treated so well. The owner is beyond nice! So reasonably priced and friendly. Take your babies here!

Francisco and his team are amazing! My 3 pooches/“kids” are happy and that makes ME happy!
Not only were they cleaned to perfection (so fluffy and gorgeous), but I was also able to have their teeth cleaned this past visit. Their teeth are now positively gleaming and their gums look so healthy! Francisco’s is very knowledgeable and he and his team are so professional.
It shows that he really cares about every BODY that comes through his doors! We all enjoy it here and consider Francisco part of the family. Thank you so much for my clean babies, beautiful smiles, and healthy doggie breath!

This was our first time to U Wash Doggie and we will definitely be coming back. I called on a Wednesday to see if I could get an appointment for the next day and was lucky that they had a spot available. I dropped off my dog at 9:30am and by 12 he was done, which was great because the groomers we would go to before would keep him all day. My dog left happy and clean. Will definitely be taking him back! Thanks for the great experience!

A+ SERVICE! Francisco gives out EXCELLENT service. Today was my first time bringing Astro and Francisco treated him and me great. I know I will be coming here all the time.

We loved the service here at U Wash Doggie! Francisco took care of our dogs, all 3 of them, like they were his own. The haircuts were exactly what we wanted. The most impressive thing to note was that our dogs came home relaxed. Most of the time when we’ve taken them to other groomers, they come home a little skittish and scared. This time they came home happy, bouncy and relaxed. I think that dogs feel comfortable with Francisco and his team as well as Francisco’s dogs. They are lovely!

This is the best U Wash Doggie location and my favorite groomer in all of SCV. Francisco is always accommodating to us humans and you can tell how great he is with dogs, evidenced by his 2 dogs that are a perfect welcoming committee! Our terrier has a bad leg (how he was when he adopted him) and on numerous occasions at other groomers we picked him up shaking and terrified, and spent the following week acting strange. They also had the nerve to complain that he wiggles too much. From the first time we picked him up from here, and every time after, he’s our happy little Roger and no complaint from Francisco. The cherry on top is the competitive pricing.

Been going to u wash doggie for over 3 years now and I must say Francisco and his staff are doing an awesome job. I would recommend him to anyone who need their service. They treat you like your family and they are to your little 4 legged family and that to me says a lot. Thank you.

I had a great experience at U Wash on Lyons. The owner (I assume) was personable as was the young lady that brought out my two dogs from the back.
I would recommend them and will return!

Absolutely love this groomer! My two babies are always happy and beautiful when I pick them up. My kids always request something different and they are always happy to accommodate the crazy Mohawks or lion cuts. I’ve tried other groomers in the past and they are never as good as this U wash Doggie

There are many groomers closer to our home but we drive specificity here cause there is no one better than U Wash Doggie. Clean Doggie = Happy Doggie!!!

DOG OWNERS BEWARE! I REALLY wanted to like this place because of the convenience but the owner really needs to work on his attitude on dealing with his clients if he wants to keep their business. I previously brought my small dog here for the self-​wash with no issues, but then I brought one of my Huskies for their «professional» grooming that ran me up to a fucking $ 100 and HERE IS WHY, my dear Unilocalers. Sit tight and listen so you do not go through the same disaster I went through.
When I dropped my dog off, he was sort of hesitant at first because he told me had a bunch of dogs he had in the back. But he took my dog in anyway — thanks. HOWEVER, he told me «Don’t call me, I’ll call you.» on when I will be picking my dog up. I asked how much it would be and he told me $ 78.99 — because my Husky was blowing her coat and she had a lot of work to be done, so I didn’t complain. I went about running my errands and asked my brother to stay nearby when he calls for the pickup. My brother asked «Well what time?» and I responded with «I don’t know, he didn’t give me a time. He just told me he’d call.»
5:15 PM — I GET A PHONE CALL (Business closes at 5PM) that my dog is ready for pickup. I am not nearby as I was running urgent errands, so I phoned my brother to go get her. He was at a car wash (still around the area) at the time and so he asked the owner to wait. Knowing the car wash he went to usually takes a while, I just dropped everything and drove out there from Pasadena (45 minute drive with no traffic) since no one else was close enough to pick her up.
I finally got there, and the owner started shaking his head in disappointment and went off on me telling me how he «has a family and a home» as if I took that privilege away from him.
Dude, I get it. I apologize for being late but KEEP THAT TO YOURSELF and rant about it when you go home just like every other working person. You RUN a business. I have family that sacrifices «HOME AND FAMILY» time to make that extra income and because it’s their responsibility as a BUSINESS OWNER. Do they blow off on their customers about it and charge them for that extra time? NO. You want to be with your family on Saturdays? HIRE SOMEONE TO CLOSE UP THE STORE FOR YOU. OR DON’T OPEN ON SATURDAYS. RUNNING A BUSINESS MIGHT MEAN THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO STAY LATER HOURS THAN USUAL, ESPECIALLY IN THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS.
If he really needed to leave, I asked him to keep my dog overnight and charge for that. He said «I cannot do that» and I had to come pick my dog up right now, although he had a sign that said otherwise on overnight stay.
You DID NOT give me a specific pick-​up time, you called me AFTER closing hours, you HAVE NO RIGHT to be as upset as you were. Then comes the best part, where he was all «I’m going to have to charge you extra, for making me wait.» I’M SORRY?
«Yeah, 10 bucks an hour at least!» — Oh I’m sorry, I wasn’t aware I hired a freelancer to wash my dog. Where was the policy that stated that? I wasn’t even late 2 HOURS for you to charge me that extra $ 20, so I felt scammed at that point. There had been a time at another grooming salon where I had been even more late to pick my dog up where it was the same situation on not giving me a set time and NOT ONCE did they put me through this.
On top of all this mess, when he finally brought my dog out, her leash hadn’t been put on properly so it slipped out and she ran out into the parking lot where I’m VERY LUCKY the car was going slow enough to stop and I got a hold of her in time. Had something happened to her, it was going to get very, VERY ugly. Might want to be careful when putting collars/​leashes back on next time.
I was really looking forward to bringing my other Husky and keeping their business, but I will NEVER return to this «business» again.
I’ll be returning to K9 Champ mobile grooming. I pay HALF that (yes, 50 mothalovin’ dollars) and he comes to YOU. Yeah, I was in shock too. Travis is awesome, but he’s always super booked. Which is why I tried this place to begin with.

UPDATE 8÷24÷15: Francisco, I do not appreciate your response as that is not true. I can probably believe that you DID call me at 4:45pm, I mean I have T-​Mobile and T-​Mobile sucks — but I got my first call at 5:15pm (attached photo of screenshot), and it was the first call I received from you in which I picked up. Also, I did NOT mention that I would be there in half an hour, I told you I would send my brother since he was nearby which led to him being at the car wash during that time in WHICH I had to drop all my things and drive from Pasadena — which does NOT take half an hour so I would never tell you that. Yes, it was 6:36pm by the time you were done getting upset with me and telling me you had to charge me for 2 hours, to make my purchase. I just found that unfair.
