Pharmacy is terrible here. Long lines and mediocre staff. It’s always a hassle coming here. We’re switching to cvs.

The main Walgreens I go to is on Newhall Ranch Road. But I go to Canyon Country for dance class and I sometimes stop by here after class to get snacks. It’s easier than walking across the street to the 7⁄11. That being said, this location isn’t that great. They aren’t well-stocked in the snacks area like the Valencia location by my house. And the place has a rather dull atmosphere compared to the Valencia location. There are also times where there are homeless people hanging outside the store which is not cool. Honestly, you can’t really expect much from Canyon Country locations. They’re always a downgrade from stores in other parts of the time. I might just go ahead and try 7⁄11 next time I’m on this side of town.

Do not bother trying to call this place to enquire about anything let alone go in to fill a script. This place is useless — ridiculously understaffed and has unbelievably incompetent staff.

This pharmacy is open 24 hrs but when you wait in line for 23 of them it’s worthless. This pharmacy is always understaffed and there is always a wait no matter when you go there. They need to figure it out.

I don’t think I can recall a walgreens pharmacy who works at a slower pace than the employees here. Every time I need to pick up my medication I can count on waiting 20 – 30 minutes in the drive through with maybe 1 – 2 cars in front of me. They only seem to staff 1 person to ring you out, and the sense of urgency is non existent.

Even though the gentleman that helped me was super nice at the window, waited 34 mins in the pharmacy drive thru. Convenient? I don’t think so, very dissapointed and a waist of my time. Would’ve been better off parking and going inside.

After being a CVS customer for years, I went to this Walgreen’s store, and haven’t ever gone back to CVS. The difference in customer service here is night and day different. Archie is awesome, and takes the time to answer each and every question with a smile. I receive a lot of prescriptions, and sometimes it can get confusing. Jennifer and Randelle are always able to help me organize and make sure I get the walgreen’s discount, saving me a LOT of money, as some of my prescriptions are very expensive, even with insurance. Last week, I had gotten out of the hospital, and since I was getting ready for a 3 – 4 week long visit out of state, the hospital had given me a month’s supply of all ofmy prescriptions.(14 total). Due to being on leave from my job for so long, I had to switch to Medi-Cal insurance. Jennifer even took the time when changing my insurance, to put me back on the discount program I had been on, and was the first to suggest it when I first came to Walgreens. Randelle and Jennifer worked extra hard to get my anti-rejection meds approved by Medi-Cal in 2 days, so that we could leave on time, even though the store was packed, and they were so busy. They also took the time to call me and keep me updated as to the status, and I got all my medicines in time for us to leave. Few people in the pharmacy industry were as wonderful in making sure I got the best customer service at the best price. I am so thankful that I chose years ago to come here, and this was just only one example of how they are such a wonderful place to get your prescriptions, as well as other over-the-counter things as well. The only slight downfall is that since the service is so good, it gets really busy at times, and sometimes there is a slight wait. But for the service you get, it is WELLWORTHIT!.. Thanks Archie, Jennifer and Randelle for everything you do not only for me, but for the entire area. You deserve the praise and 5 stars.

I love this pharmacy. I started using them when I had my son, who came home on a million different medications. Archie, the manager, is amazing… Any problem that I have ever had he has immediately corrected it. When I was on vacation and ran out of my son medication they were able to transfer it to a walgreens in CO with one phone call, and we had it the same day. Although they are not a specified compound pharmacy they can and will still do compound medications, you just have to ask and make sure you call at least two days before you need the compounded medication… They also will flavor any oral suspension.($ 2.99) worth it, especially for kids! The drive thru makes picking up meds with kids super easy, also they are open 24 hours so if you need to pick up a script on the way home from the ER, they will be open. The longest I’ve have ever waited is 10mins. I will never go to another pharmacy.

Great place for last minute need for your personal needs. They have a small variety of everything you would need, like toothpaste, shampoo, make up etc. They are more expensive than Walmart and Target. Customer service was ok. They young genteman helping us check out was telling us a story about the customer right before us and every other word he used was«sh*t». Hmmm…

The 24-hour pharmacy is a life-saver. Otherwise, this is your typical large-chain drugstore. Sometimes they have some worthwhile sales: it’s worth downloading their free smartphone app. Now they’re offering a rewards program which is accessible through the app too. The pharmacy itself is decent. I wouldn’t bother wasting the gas on the drive-thru pickup option: it’s just as slow as walking in and waiting in line. But, working nights, I adore the ability to walk in and pick up my medicine at 1:00AM.

Went in around 9:30 pm tonight because I just had to have wrinkle cream… lol It was busy but the girl who help me was patient and really nice; I think her name was Katheryn. One of my regular places to stop in for any odd thing needed.
