As a real estate broker myself when I get a client who is interestested in one of Bernice’s listings I know it will be a smooth transaction. She is always on top of everything and has a team of assistants to help her get everything accomplished quickly. Some agents require multiple phone calls, follow ups to get needed paperwork or disclosures. You never know what info they may be providing their clients with, but not Bernice. You always know she is properly advising clients and doing everything possible to make the transaction as smooth and easy for them as she can. I hope to get the chance to work with her again soon.
