I met Dr Foster yesterday and I couldn’t be happier that I found her. From the first phone call and scheduling an appointment, to meeting with her in person. She listened to me, I didn’t feel rushed, she was straight forward and thorough. Highly knowledgable in her field and pleasant to talk to. I look forward to having her as my future naturopathic, holistic doctor in the future. The world needs more Dr Fosters out there. Jen H.

I found Dr. Foster to be uncaring and not very helpful. She is not compassionate nor concerned about who I am, what my issues are or following through with explanations, very blunt mannered.

I thought that what I was dealing with was depression for over a decade. I wasn’t even going to her for help with that because I just thought of it as something that I’d learned to live with. I went in for a general checkup and told her about my lethargy. I told her about pretty much everything actually. In our first visit she got a pretty good picture of me as a whole person. She had me get some blood work done and then a follow up test based on those results and began taking one natural pill a day, not a prescription, and adjusting my diet. Within a year I told her I felt like I didn’t need the pill anymore and we retested my blood and things had really changed. I think of the dietary changes as my «medicine» to remind me how crucial it is to maintain my health. Depression has not returned in 4 years. I am not saying she is a miracle healer, but she did not rush to prescribe me antidepressants– she listened and looked at my condition differently and I am so glad I just made that appointment.
