Rolfing® Structural Integration:

Acheive physical balance and structural alignment in your body. Our goal is movement without restriction and stability without rigidity. An ideal approach to whole-​body wellness, increased athletic performace, chronic pain conditions, and aging (at all ages!).

Injury and Pain Management:

Promote recovery from acute and chronic injuries with highly productive manual therapy. Our goal is to re-​establish functional range-​of-​motion, manage inflammation, and ease pain. Ideal for sports injuries, accidents, and pre or post-​surgery.

Neural Mobilization:

Get out of pain by releasing trapped and compressed nerves. Our goal is to release nerves from their surrounding tissue without causing any more pain. Ideal for carpel-​tunnel, headache/​whiplash/​concussions, leg pain, and sensitive clients.

Business Owner

I help clients to stand and move about with greater ease and to undo the cumulative effects of injuries, surgeries, and stress on the body. My approach to the body is comprehensive and hands-​on. Often clients who have difficulty with posture, chronic pain, or a sense of un-​ease in their structure, find that Rolfing helps them find a way back to integration.

Your 60 or 90-​minute session will combine manual medicine with gentle movement exercises. We begin with a discussion of your goals and relevant medical history. Hands-​on work and movement exercises are conducted at a gentle pace while you lie, sit, or stand. I will explain what I observe and feel and ask for you to do the same. At the end of the session I may ask you to practice a certain movement or to explore new sensations within your body.

Prior to meeting Eric, I had only imagined rolfing to be a painful process and never gave it a second thought. But after having issues with my back and elbow, I decided to give it a try.
Eric was thorough in his explanation of rolfing and his approach to the practice. He put me at ease and his treatment was actually enjoyable and enlightening. He was quickly able to assess my body and pinpoint issues that others had not. I walked away less fearful and more open minded, but didn’t really «feel» any different. However, two days later, I realized that I had gained a great deal of flexibility and motion, in that I could twist my body around while backing up my car, which I was unable to do prior to Eric’s treatment. If one treatment can change that much for me, I am ready to have him explore further. Who knows, I may be able to touch my toes again! I highly recommend Eric!

I have been working with Eric for just over a month, seeing him once a week. When I started, I could stand for only a few minutes before my sciatica pain became intolerable in my left leg. Today I am walking about 5000 steps a day and going to the grocery store is no longer something I am afraid to do because of the pain. I almost feel normal again!
Eric is wonderful about explaining the connections within the body and help me to visualize where my body feels right. When my body feels right, the pain is gone! Eric is extreamly knowledgeable and confident in his work. He makes you feel at ease and healed.

I had a fantastic result from my Rolfing session with Eric. My presenting issues were intense neck and shoulder discomfort. Eric and I discussed my personal health history and he was excellent at addressing my concerns and questions. I quickly realized that Eric is extremely intelligent and beyond fluent as a professional healer. He is also beautifully calm and grounded, which assured me that he would be careful and proficient in our Rolfing session. After thoughtful discussion and assessment, Eric began application of the Rolfing techniques ultimately bringing total relaxation and complete pain relief. There was no discomfort during the session. I have recommended Eric to several friends and I look forward to more appointments as the results have been lasting and invigorating!

I am seeing Eric for rehabilitation of a PCL tear in my knee. I went in this week with difficulty with flexion/​extension and pain when walking down stairs. I am feeling soooo much better after just one session. When I got off the table, I was able to walk around with little pain. I measured my knee before and after the session. I walked in with about 1.0 cm of swelling and walked out with 0.5 cm of swelling. I appreciate that he is always checking in about the pressure he is using and is responsive. I’m looking forward to my session next week!
