Business Owner

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist with advanced training in 5 Element Style and Japanese Acupuncture. I also have advanced training and certification in Luminous Body Integrative Energy Medicine.

I help people unwind old trauma and stuck habits, emotions, beliefs and pain that keep them from experiencing their life with as much joy, presence and love as they are capable.

Although I work with all kinds of health concerns, I especially love working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, insomnia, heartbreak, grief and hypersensitivities. I work collaboratively with clients to bring clarity, resource and awareness to stuck, challenged or painful parts of you, allowing them to unwind and come back into their natural, vibrantly healthy state.

16 years of dance training, as well as a background in Bodywork has also given me highly tuned skills and tools to effectively treat Orthopedic and sports related issues.
