I am super impressed with how caring and non-​greedy Dr. Hedrick is! When I arrived to have him examine my bite problem, he took the time to explain my 2 choices:
I could either take years and pay $ 7,000 to him or
I could buy a drugstore bite correction piece.
Either would work, he said. How thoughtful and compassionate!
I highly recommend this orthodontist and he is priced more fairly than others!

I contacted Dr. Hedrick based on his Unilocal reviews to take care of a permanent retainer (installed 10 yrs ago by a different ortho) that broke loose during a hockey game. He graciously fit me into his schedule on the same day and made the necessary repairs in a professional manner while explaining the process each step of the way. His office was very clean and modern and the staff was helpful and attentive. I highly recommend his services!

I started with Dr. Morris a long time ago and now am continuing to receive assistance from Dr Hedrick who took over Dr Morris’ practice. Many of the same wonderful people are in the office and my experience has been great!

Dr. Hedrick was my second consultation for my adult braces. Dr. Hedrick was over a thousand dollars less than my first consult. That’s huge. His office is as fancy as the other doctor, but obviously very well kept and run. Dr. Hedrick always seems to be in a good mood, is very kind, and is sensitive to any concerns you may have. He explained the treatment plan very well, and honestly, I have great results! My treatment (for the braces themselves) only went over the original estimate by two months. Dr. Hedrick compliments me for all the good work I did, when, in reality, he did the awesome work! His technicians are friendly and courteous and are very careful around my tori. If you’re unfamiliar, tori is additional bone growth around your gums/​teeth. If not handled gently, it hurts bad. I have had many techs in past dental offices not care about the tori. I have not had a problem with their billing at all. That’s a huge plus. I had an initial problem with one the treatment plan coordinator — she really didn’t explain how I should schedule the extractions I needed pre-​braces. There was a definite miscommunication there. However, when I complained about it, my concerns were taken seriously and I received an apology. Rare occasion for a medical office. I’m done with my payment plan, and yet, I will see him for as long as he feels necessary for regular check ups. He checks my retainers and the alignment of my teeth. It’s a quick appointment so it’s easy to schedule. I had over crowding and «fangs» (my canines were on top of my other teeth) and it was difficult for me to clean properly. So, I got braces for health reasons rather than cosmetic. My teeth are amazingly straight, and the process wasn’t terrible. Definitely not pain free and it’s a huge commitment, but if you’re ready — I urge you to see Dr. Hedrick.

I am a fan of Dr. Hedrick and his staff for a few key reasons. First, they are punctual and efficient, which is a major selling point for me because I have to schedule for a babysitter during my appointments. Dr. Hedrick is great at clearly explaining your options and the reasons why he recommends a specific treatment. He is good at giving you a play-​by-​play of exactly what is going on in your mouth and checking in with you to make sure you’re doing okay during treatment, which is critical for a patient like me who gets anxious at the dentist. Finally, they are very affordable. I got a quote for a set of retainers that would cost me about half as much as a nighttime bite plate from a different dental office, and was shocked at the low price. I am sold.

Dr. Hedrick is a true professional, explaining treatment options and plans thoroughly when you first embark on your orthodontic adventure, and clearly answering questions & providing information and advice along the way. He has a wonderfully open, relaxed way about him, which really helps some of the more anxious & younger patients! I’m impressed by every member of his staff as well — they are kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I recommend this office to everyone I know who is in need of orthodontia.

Dr. Hedricks has now started caring for my second child’s teeth and I am so happy with him and his awesome staff. They are professional and personable all wrapped up in one. If you want a positive orthodontic experience, come to this office.

Dr. Hedrick is a doll and every person that works in that office is great. Highly recommend.

We love Dr. Hedrick. Braces are really no fun, but my daughter actually enjoys her visits to Dr. Hedrick because he is kind, funny and most of all respectful of the kids he sees. He goes out of his way to explain procedures and answer questions. I highly recommend him.

My daughter goes here for Orthodontia and all the people I’ve encountered here have been super friendly.
Dr Hedrick is personable and goes over everything very carefully and makes sure that you understand every part of the process. He has about 5 kids of his own, and treats each kids that goes there as if he was helping his own. The other assistants have offered my coffee, water, etc. while I wait. I had issues with my insurance company reimbursing me and the front desk ladies were very nice about getting me paperwork in a timely manner. The person doing the impressions is also friendly and great with kids.
I don’t know how they compare on pricing, but I totally recommend their service.
