Run for the hills if you don’t want to be schemed out of your money! Got a notice in the mail by his staff if I don’t pay him $ 98 I will be kicked out as a patient. My Insurance finally paid him, so I better be getting a refund check in the mail. Money Hungry Pig!

I’ve had other dentists in the past that were good, but Dr. Keys ranks right up there as being in the VERY GOOD category. Love his office staff, helpful, very friendly and cheerful… good quality when you don’t exactly want to be there in the first place. And recently I broke a tooth (on some pretty darn delicious ribs), and Dr. Keys made the crown. While I didn’t like the temporary… it fit and did the trick, even feeling a bit out of place… I was very happy when the real deal crown was put in my mouth. It’s actually my favorite tooth at the moment. The fitting was absolutely perfect. Like I said, I’ve had other dentists, but the doctor is a real pro. He likes what he does and he’s honest, straightforward, and even the numbing shots don’t hurt so much in his care.

Top of the line dentist and top of the line staff! He will walk and talk you through your procedure and makes it as painless as possible. I am so glad my family and I found this office!

Let’s be honest, no one likes to go to the dentist. I have had some AWFUL experiences with prior dentists and was extremely afraid to ever go back to the dentist again. After a 6.5 hour root canal from Western Dental, I figured I would let my teeth fall out and never return to any dentist ever again.
YEARS LATER… I made an appointment with Dr. Keys’ office and his staff was extremely understanding of my fear of the dentist. From the moment you walk in the door, they make you feel special and taken care of. I called to just get my teeth whitened, but learned that I also had many cavities as well.
Several appointments later… cavities gone!
After each appointment they would call me to check in and see how I was doing. They really go above and beyond what is expected.
Dr. Keys is also very informative of new and upcoming information/​technology in the dental field. I was very impressed with all of the information I was provided with and you can tell he loves what he does.
I want to personally thank Dr. Keys and his staff (especially Angie, Jana & Lilliana) for making my smile beautiful again. You guys are the best!

I was disappointed with the appearance of two crowns at the front of my mouth that Dr. keys made. One of the teeth had broken off completely and there was only roots remaining. With the use of a post that tooth could be restored. I also elected to have my old, adjacent, crown replaced to get a good color match. I was assured the crowns looked «good» but after getting out of the chair and looking in the mirror I discovered that one crown pointed outwards slightly and the other was too short. I had made an appointment to evaluate the crowns (on the molds) prior to installation but when I arrived I was told the crowns were not available for me to view. There seemed to be a lack of communication between Dr. Keys and the office staff.
After some consideration and discussion with Dr. Keys I decided to consult with my former dentist and elected to have both crowns (but not posts) replaced.
Three years later one of the posts prepared by Dr. Keys failed and I am now having the crown, plus new post, replaced. The post was too short and not set into the canal correctly so the crown, with post attached inside, came loose.
Dentistry is horribly expensive and no one gives you money back when things don’t go right so I wish you luck. I was married to a dentist and worked in dentistry for many years so I thought I manage to get a good job.

My wife had a bad experience with Dr. Keys. She was scheduled for a partial denture. Dr. Keys recommended an additional bone graft that would cost $ 490 (not covered by insurance). She spoke with another dentist who said this procedure was not absolutely necessary, and then she told Dr. Keys she would have the denture without the bone graft. Dr. Keys said, fine — it was up to the patient.
We are on Delta Dental, as is Dr. Keys. He gave a written estimate for the denture of $ 859.50, with the insurance paying approximately half. I spoke with Delta, and was told that the contracted price was $ 500, and that per his contract with Delta, Dr. Keys was required to accept that price as payment in full. I cordially explained this in an email to Dr. Keys, asking for a response explaining this discrepancy.
I did not get a response, so I called the office. Note that this was just 3 days before the procedure when my wife had planned other procedures around this one, and had cancelled an appointment with another dentist to do the same procedure because Dr. Keys said he could do it sooner.
The office manager refused to discuss the fees, and said «The appointment is cancelled. We don’t think you will be happy here». I repeatedly tried to get an explanation, and like an automaton, she kept repeating «The appointment is cancelled. We don’t think you will be happy here». At one point she said, «Delta doesn’t pay enough. We’re going to cancel our contract with Delta anyway».
Beware of overcharges and misrepresentations from this dentist.

The office of Dr. Keys is quaint and very open. His staff is friendly and the service is great. He lays out the best options available to you in a simple terms. He is honest, afordable, and family friendly. This is a great place for anyone who needs dental work!

Dr. Keys gives an objective assessment and he is honest. You can be confident that he won’t perform and charge for unnecessary work. If you are paying privately, like me, that’s priority one. His office is pleasant and the staff is courteous and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Keys to a loved one.
