We also provide forensic engineering of failed or problematic facilities including expert witness services. We offer a full range of services including project planning, feasibility studies, conceptual & final design, construction document preparation, construction administration as well as forensic studies and investigations. We are absolutely dedicated to providing quality in the constructed project. This philosophy demands high standards of professional service, responsibility to client needs, timeliness, efficiency and pride of workmanship.

History

Established in 1987.

MME began in Santa Cruz and has occupied its present location downtown since 1991. Our present staff includes six registered professional engineers and adjunct support personnel.

MME has successfully completed over 2,500 projects ranging from small residential scale projects to large commercial /​industrial /​municipal projects worth tens of millions of construction dollars. Some of the more notable projects we have worked on include the national World War II Memorial, the Walton Lighthouse, the O’Neill Building, the DeMattei Residence and Sea Wall.
