I have been extremely impressed with O2 termite. Bob has been very available and quick with communication. He has identified an area of termite infestation and treated locally until we have an opportunity to fumigate. I appreciate his attention to detail and responding to my email requests for additional information. Our real estate agent highly recommended him. He seems very honest and fair and I would highly recommend him for any termite home inspection needs.

Called O2 Termite for a bid for fumigation of my house. The bid came back a little higher than a competing bid, but I wanted to use O2 Termite, so I asked the owner if he could reduce his bid a bit. He said he could, so I called to schedule a time to go ahead with the fumigation, but he then just stopped communicating. I called twice more with no return call from him. I guess he didn’t really want to do it for the lower bid price, but it was bad business to just ignore my calls. I went ahead with Cardiff, and was very happy with their service, even though a bit more expensive than I’d hoped.

Super happy with the inspection Bob performed. He is AMAZINGLY thorough and leaves no stone left un-​turned. If the property has termites, wood boring beetles, wood rot, fungus or any other related issues covered by his expertise Bob will find it.
