Phil Chadd’s introduction to auto repair came when he traded hours working in a shop as payment for a motorcycle. Little did he suspect it would lead to a career he has enjoyed since 1973. Phil has worked in Santa Cruz since 1974 and has managed shops for the Mercedes Benz and Toyota dealerships before opening his own company in 1993. Phil chooses to work with all insurance carriers as an independent resource instead of contracting with specific carriers. This means he works directly for you the customer, to insure your car is brought back to it’s pre loss condition. As collision repair professionals we have a duty to the consumer to act in their best interest. We do that with a quality repair that they can trust.
