Robert appeared to be a dream contractor during our initial meetings… getting our vision, wanting to work within our budget, and very accommodating… and so we hired him. Knowing more about the process now there were multiple red flags about his way of doing business but being our first remodel we were naïve. Our relationship quickly deteriorated with multiple communication issues, poor workmanship being done by sub contractors, subs complaining about Robert’s lack of oversight/​planning and communication (work had to be redone), and damage to parts of our home that weren’t being remodeled (that he refuses to repair). We constantly dealt with surprises when we got home and he would simply say that’s what we wanted… when clearly it was not if the homeowners were both surprised. Our experience has been a stereotype of working with a contractor — twice as long, twice as costly and he walked away as soon as he got paid the final invoice before the job was complete. He went from charming and accommodating, to rude and unprofessional. Speaking with other contractors on how this was handled, they said he’s the type of contractor that gives contractors a bad name. I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel it’s necessary so it doesn’t happen to others too.

Robert Silva is a dream to work with. He apprises you of all options and their costs and always works with your best interest in mind. He did a two bathroom remodel including full house door replacement and plumbing upgrade plus floor refinishing. You will not be disappointed with he services.
