«I am not an attorney. I can only provide self help
services at your specific direction.»
Santa Cruz County LDA Reg #41, Exp 12/28/2017
Working with a Legal Document Assistant provides you with affordable self-help services as many legal matters do not always require the need for attorneys. I offer a ‘do-it-yourself’ service, which allows you to be in control of your own case (family-law or other). I can help you prepare and file the paperwork for a court motion if you need to represent yourself (pro per). If you are in need of an attorney, I am happy to provide you with affordable, local referrals. By working with me to help you with the paperwork, you can save on cost even when consulting with lawyers to obtain legal advice.
My business services the Santa Cruz and Watsonville areas. I am also able to prepare and file paperwork for cases in all other California counties.
My specialties include family law documents such as Uncontested or Default Divorce, Legal Separation, Child Support Modification, Child Custody Modification, Parentage cases, Guardianships, and Step Parent adoptions. We also help with estate planning documents such as simple trusts and wills. Our office will help you prepare and file all of your documents, which will provide you the ease of mind knowing that the process is being completed correctly.
