We absolutely love Charlie. We used to clean the carpet ourselves but never again now that we found Charlie. Very responsive, always on-​time, and very professional. Price is more than fair especially considering we live in Boulder Creek.

Seabreeze rocks! They came in at ¹⁄₃ the quoted price of other carpet cleaners for some puppy stains on my carpet, came to do the work the very next day, arrived right when they said they would (not «between the hours of 3−5» like the other guys) and did a fantastic job. Great attitude and professional service, I highly recommend them!

Seabreeze Carpet Cleaning did a great job. They showed up right on time and were very friendly and professional. They cleaned carpets in the hallways and stairway that were pretty dirty from heavy use and having a dog in the house. They also cleaned the upholstery on a sofa and chair. Everything looks great. I plan to use them in the future.

Charles came by to give me an accurate price quote at no charge. He worked with my schedule and was pleasant and friendly. My carpets look, feel, and smell great. Sea breeze was much more reasonable than his competitor. Four bedroom house was quoted by connoisseur for $ 500-​$ 700 and Charles took care of it for $ 280.

Marcel was everything you could want in a professional contractor — courteous, competitively priced, high quality work, and most importantly — timely. I can’t wait around for contractors to show up «whenever» in Santa Cruz. Marcel came over and gave me fair bid and went to work. We had several pet stains and other issues — no problem for Marcel.

Seabreeze did a great job cleaning the carpets in the offices of our business. They were on time, friendly and took their time going back over the stains until they came out, rather than rushing through the job. They are a local family owned and operated business, which is important to me. They also happened to be the least expensive of all the places I called for a quote (I called about 6 other carpet cleaners in Santa Cruz County). I would definitely recommend Seabreeze to others!

I had brand new carpet about 18 months ago. Now fast forward through pet urine, kids, spills, traffic, animals running about and even dare I say flooding. My carpets looked like they had been through a food fight and lost the war.
The normal soft green was a murky brown. I cant even tell you how bad they looked. They honestly smelled worse. I thought I would rip it out and put down hardwood. But I dont really like wood as it needs sweeping hourly and is cold in the morning, and I like soft CLEAN carpet. So I got runners and area rugs and had them everywhere. It just seemed like it was a magnet for the dirt and gunk. I bought a shampooer and did the carpets myself. Well, the difference was it made my dirty carpets look like muddy carpets that smelled like a goat. It was horrible!
After reading Unilocal I called Seabreeze. Charlie did an amazing job. He actually said the carpet would get better over time. It was simply amazing to see the difference in one visit. I could not believe my eyes. Then he came back last week and did another run. It was soooo impressive. I cant wait to see how it looks when he does them the 3^rd time when my house is done being organized. Its really wonderful what he does. He breathed new life into my carpets and gave me something amazing to look forward to. I can not be happier! Thank you Charlie!

Oh Marcel, you are a rock star. Marcel and his dad came over today to clean one room in our house. Our dogs had been going wee wee wee in our office. A half hour later problem solved, a fresh smelling room, a very reasonable price and a great conversation were all part of a wonderful transaction with these guys.

I needed a «move out» carpet cleaning for a rental we were moving out of. My experience with Charlie was very professional and he was able to schedule an appointment for us in the short window of time that we needed to have the carpets cleaned. Well, here’s yet another well-​deserved 5-​star review.
Years ago (too embarrassed to say how many) a local company cleaned the carpet of a home I purchased. Was my first carpet cleaning ever as I had always had wood floors, or rented. Honestly, I couldn’t tell the difference between the before/​after and (illogically) decided carpet cleaning was for the bird$.
Flash forward quite a few years to last month, when I learned carpet cleaning can be effective and I scoured Unilocal to decide who to call. Man, did I make a great decision calling Seabreeze — the reviews were spot-​on.
Just got home and don’t recognize my carpet. Charlie did an amazing job. There was some nasty gunk a house-​sitter deposited/​left on the carpeted stairs going to the loft and I had gotten some of it up with Goo-​gone/​Goop-​off/​whatever but gave up and it has been matted and nasty and sticky and discolored for a few years. It’s gone! There are many more examples of miracles as I wander around my place, but you get the idea.
Charlie and Seabreeze get my highest recommendation. Where’s that 6^th star?

My housemate called Charlie to schedule an appointment and he scheduled the cleaning right away. The process was straightforward and simple. Charlie is the nicest fellow and was really friendly. I felt completely safe letting him into my abode and he had such a great attitude. He arrived early and when my housemate and I left, Charlie texted us when he finished and I was blown away with his punctuality. He texted us at the exact time he said he’d be finished! So impressive.

«Breathe the outside, in» couldn’t be a better slogan for this company. Our house smells so fresh, so clean, just like fresh air and not in a chemical, synthetic way. Even with a very old shedding dog who may even have some incontinence. Charlie cleaned our four year old carpets and upholstery and arguably everything looks and feels better than when it was brand new.

I’m very happy with the service that I received from Seabreeze Carpet Cleaning! I found them to be extremely trustworthy, responsive and the price was very reasonable. They transformed fairly dirty carpets back to almost new looking! Don’t hesitate to call them to do work for you!

Family run, local business that’s first concern is doing the best job possible on your carpet; what else could you ask for? Well I’ll tell you what else, they also are well priced, courteous, careful and will give you tips about carpet cleaning and rug maintenance. Oh yeah, they are also fun to talk to.
I swear, when I see a business that gets a dozen or so perfect reviews, my first that is that they must have a large family with computers! So I was dubious at first. Well here’s a clue, they don’t advertise and they don’t even have a sign on their truck and all of their business is word-​of-​mouth or repeats and they are still busy full time! Charlie’s son cleaned my carpets last week. Good thing I did not replace them because my carpets look fantastic! His son was very professional, friendly, on time, attentive to detail, and reasonable.
