Shemeika Fox has been a full time Realtor since 2004. By request, in 2009, she expanded her business to include property management. She works hard to stay informed about the ever changing market. She is experienced in handling distressed sales, (both REO’s and short sales.)

My clients benefit from my extensive real state training, my degree from UCSC, my experience in the field with marketing and negotiating. In an effort to stay on top of the ever changing real estate industry I am continually attending trainings. I have completed courses such as, Real Estate Principals, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Finance, technology classes, Create 21, PEP, Leads Router and more. My knowledge and understanding of the Santa Cruz and Monterey County market place ensure that both buyers and sellers will receive assistance from a highly qualified real estate professional.

Shemeika was able to help me find an home, get into contract (when others were not able to) and work through a very difficult time sensitive transaction with very little hassle.
