Bringing the highest levels of plastic surgery training, technical skill, and compassion to his patients, Dr. Garner represents the 3^rd generation of physicians from the Garner family born in the United States. He completed eight years of combined undergraduate and medical school education at Boston University followed by an additional eight full years of rigorous and fully accredited surgical subspecialty training at the University of Iowa Hospitals, University of Southern California, and the University of Miami. Fully board certified at the highest standards by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Garner also completed additional fellowship training in Craniofacial-​Maxillofacial Surgery and earned an additional board certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
