I love this gas station… saved me time and money when I was going through college. Not only did it have cheap gas, it also had cheap car wash, smog test… And food, drinks and snacks at am/pm were decent and cheap. Fits my budget back then. That was 4 years ago… And it’s still the same… Cheap gas and everything. The smog test, sometimes it’s really busy and you have to wait at least an hour or so… But there’s a walking distance shopping center to pass time while waiting. The staff are really nice and helpful. Oooh… Bring cash coz they charge I think 35cents per card transaction. It’s nothing big, but if you don’t like getting charge for using your plastic, bring cash.

Parking is okay, nothing too special about this place other than the fact that they have new machines to take your money and suck your credit card within. The store is overall pretty nice and clean. Better than most ARCOs still love my local joint though.

I came here for cigarettes and I hate places like this. $ 7 dollar cigarettes + $.35c per debit transaction… Not only is everything in the store priced significantly higher than the competition, the owner also charges a fee for debit transactions. I wish I can give greedy places like this 0 stars. The property is not maintained properly. Its very dirty. Never coming back here again, let alone fill up with 3rd rate gas.

It’s on a very busy intersection, so it’s always crowded. But the gas is inexpensive, so people flock here. It has a big food/convenient store, a drive-thru carwash and attached to the lot is an express smog, plus they do brakes and tune ups. And there’s a spot out back to dry your car and vacuum it, too.

I hate pumping gas and I’ve got a bad habit of testing the limits of my gas gauge to see how far I can go without having to call AAA for gas or a tow. Woohoo! I drove up to Whittier from Fountain Valley practically on empty, in traffic. By the time, I got there, I could tell I needed to get to the nearest gas station before I headed back home. A friend directed me to this spot but luckily, in that area, there’s an Arco on every block and my car made it to the one right by the freeway. Woohoo! Since it’s by the freeway, it’s also really busy despite all the stations and people like to take their precious time pumping gas, checking their cell phone before they leave, etc. Seriously people? Get the eff out of there. Also, some of the pay stations are broken. Boo. I had to waste another 5 minutes or so going inside, waiting in line, and then coming back out to get gas. Ugh. Maybe I should have stopped at an Arco a block back. Maybe next time I’m out here I’ll do that. if I remember.

i come here for the CHEAPESTGASINCALIFORNIA… i actually don’t know if that is 100% true, but it is pretty dang cheap. but other than that, it is just a gas station, nothing that stands out. you go inside, you can get coffee or gatorade, or cigarettes or whatever a normal gas station store would have. and you get your cheap-er bas, and go on your merry way.

I’m such an Arco fan. Cheap gas, relatively close off of the 5.
