BDC Epoxy Systems

Excellent product, and wonderful customer service.

I bought some epoxy from these guys and when I opened up the container there was a bunch of crap floating on the top which turned out to be cured material that was hard. I had already prepped the floor and had half the garage coated so I couldn’t turn back now. I called Dennis the rep and he was very apologetic and said he would replace the material at no cost. He also said try straining it, that’s what some guys do. That’s a joke if material always comes contaminated like this was. There material sits on the shelves for long periods of time and causes clumps at the bottom and also the issue I stated above. I been doing this for ten years and never seen this. A few weeks went by without them answering the phone and leaving messages. No one returned my calls. At one point when I called with no answer the rep text me afterwards and said «what do you need?» I was starting to think I was being dodged. A week later I finally got ahold of them and was treated very rudely as if I was inconveniencing them. The rep then said ya bring the old ones down and I’ll have to ask my boss if I can get them replaced. He then told me he could only replace one of the two that I bought. I reminded him of our conversation we had before when he told me he would replace all the material for the inconvenience it caused. He said sorry I don’t know what to tell you. I said keep your material. I will take my business elsewhere. He didn’t seem to mind
