I have to say I am so glad I chose to work Glow Concepts. Eng welcomed me and treated me so nicely. Their customer service is above par! Not once did I feel like just another customer. She took the time to find out about my needs and make the perfect suggestions. I look forward to plan another event where I can have the opportunity to work with Glow Concepts!
By the way, when I received my linens and napkins they were beautifully pressed and no wrinkles whatsoever. The day of my event everything was just perfect! You can tell that everyone there is just so friendly and so welcoming. Glow Concepts will continue to be in business for years to come if they keep up with that type of customer service. I am one happy client looking for any excuse to work with them again.

While helping a friend with last minute requests to make her wedding extraordinary I turned to Glow concepts based on items featured on their website. A gorgeous sparkling gold cake stand was rented along with the purchase of a unique rhinestone encrusted initial cake topper, and at the last minute Glow concepts came through with matching table numbers! I can honestly say without the assistance of Glow i would have had a disappointed bride with a simply ordinary reception. Whatever you need to make your event truly special Glow concepts has it, everything from fine linens, cake stands and cake toppers, table numbers, chiavari chairs and more! Service here is attentive not pushy, friendly and professional! Their sister company Tange Design also has beautiful and elegant invitations, place cards, menus and more! I went to glow concept about two weeks ago, I had to do a last minute planning for a baby shower. Glow concept had no problem coming up with a beautiful decoration for the baby shower even though they only had a short period of time to come up with the design. They are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to glow concept for another event.

The team at Glow concepts are exceptional designers that created a back drop and sweet heart table for my little sisters wedding. Their work speaks for themselves and it is quality you are paying for. I guaranteed your guest mouths will drop from the beautiful design they create. Eng and Marcella are super nice and their showroom is a woman dream! There is so much nice stuff it was hard to narrow it down. Money well spent!

Choosing Glow Concepts Fine Linens was one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning.
I went in to their Santa Fe Springs showroom with no idea on what I wanted my tables to look like. Eng is a genius. She quickly came up with various designs for me to choose from. She has a table she sets for a mock display. She set up 5 or 6 displays changing different items until I was 100% happy with the table design.
Communication after was excellent. All emails were answered promptly. Kathleen does a wonderful job on answering all your questions and concerns. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly. When I walked in the room, everything was set up exactly how I wanted. I didn’t have to worry about a thing with their services. After the wedding, employees showed up right on time to pick up all linen.
Very professional company. I am very lucky to have been able to work with them. They are not cheap. This company is more on the expensive side, but they are so worth it. If I wanted a plain look, I would of used the free linens provided by my venue. But since I wanted something spectacular, I chose Glow Concepts. Recommend 100%.

I initially came into the showroom just to pick out small rental décor items like candleholders and table numbers– which they have plenty of, and if you like crystals, you’ll basically be in wedding décor heaven, like I was. They have crystal table numbers, crystal brooch napkin rings, fancy chargers, satin napkins, monogram cake toppers– I was like a kid shopping in a candy store. Then I saw their specialty linens and I knew that I had to have them. These were definitely a splurge for us since we were on a budget, but they are the most beautiful linens I’ve ever seen. I mean like on par with a wedding dress, that kind of beautiful. The linens are bustled by hand, and on the day of the wedding Glow Concepts came to my venue and actually started attaching brooches and crystals and rosettes on to the linens by hand. It was a painstaking and timely process, my sister told me, who watched the whole thing being set up.
I should also mention that prior to the wedding, Kathleen at Glow Concepts was very professional and quickly responded to all of my e-​mails and questions. I was totally at ease and trusted them completely. Yes, Glow is pricy, but if you’re on a budget like me, get budget linens for your regular tables and skimp elsewhere, but definitely go with Glow Concepts for your specialty linens. The results were amazing!

Pick your colors, pick your theme, and then for any of it to make any sense, pick Eng Tang and Glow Concepts. Eng and her team of artists are, in our opinion, color and graphic art masters. Their keen eye for décor and color matching assisted our wedding decision making process moving forward in more ways than one: from place settings to the guestbook table and dessert/​candy display.
We got married on September 07, 2013 at the gorgeous beach side resort of Terranea in Ranchos Palos Verde. The vast ocean and sprawling hills are a wedding couples’ dream come true; and for us, the truth of the matter couldn’t be more perfect. With one exception — a pergola. It’s a funny sounding name for a plain looking gazebo. (Think rectangular gazebo, or free-​standing patio deck). While pleasant for some, it was an eye-​sore for us.
Eng and her team came to the rescue. Eng mastered a gorgeous and elegant drape to cover the pergola in a concealing, yet modest fashion. The end result, with sun and wind in the background, was the culmination of a perfect ceremony site. Tina and I would recommend Eng and her team at Glow Concepts to anyone and for any event, whether to dress up the décor with beautiful linens or cover up an ugly gazebo.

We had the pleasure of working with Kathleen at Glow Concepts this past June for our wedding, and she was nothing less than spectacular! My husband and I had ideas on the overall «Look and feel» we wanted for our wedding, but we were having a difficult time envisioning the finished look with the types of design of the linens and chairs, so were trying to figure out solutions on how we should put everything together. Once we showed Kathleen pictures and gave her some ideas on what we were looking for, she quickly went to work to put together samples for us on the spot, and she ALWAYS made sure to ask us for our opinions on everything to ensure that my husband and I were comfortable with every decision we were about to make.
On the day of our wedding, Kathleen and her team at Glow Concepts executed our vision perfectly! We knew we would never had to worry about the details because her team had them covered. Several of our family members, friends, and our wedding party commented on how beautiful the setup was at our wedding, they thought the colors and the linen quality gave our wedding/​reception an elegant feel. I highly recommend Kathleen and Glow Concepts, there professionalism, talent, and knowledge of this business made our wedding PERFECT!!!

Glow Concepts really makes your ordinary look extraordinary. For our wedding we only rented a few items from them including there cake and head table cream colored rose linen and it really wowed my guest. People still tell me that I had the best wedding they’ve ever been too!

Glow Concepts will give you that wedding or special event that you see in magazines. The concepts were unique and they will help design exactly what you want on your special day.
We were referred to them for our wedding décor by our wedding planner, Ms. Caroline Cha of Serenity Events. They provided an amazing backdrop for our ceremony and excellent décor for our reception (see photos uploaded). I couldn’t have been happier with the experience and the final result. They were timely, had everything done on schedule, and not a bow or napkin was out of place. We absolutely loved working with them and there were definitely many choices to pick from.
If you want bling. They have it.
It you want wispy and romatic. They have it.
If you want bright colors. Yup. You guessed it. They have it.
I totally forget the owner’s name (lead decorator) — but she’s a wonderful Chinese? woman with excellent taste in color and décor. She helped bring my idea of «magazine worthy» wedding to life and I am forever grateful.
There was one blunder. in that some linens had a really yuicky smell (But thankfully they brought extras and didn’t (hopefully) utilize them in the set up). They are also on the high end for costs but you get what you pay for and they do come though on the value of your dollar.
Overall: 4.5 stars for the dream wedding come true thanks to Glow Concepts!

I had such an AMAZING experience with Glow Concepts for my baby shower. They worked wonderfully with the theme of the venue, created a great unique design that still flowed and enhanced the ambiance. Details are important and they executed it perfectly, my guests could not stop complimenting. They were extremely professional and so easy to work with, I cannot stress how happy I am with their customer service. I will gladly return and have recommended them to many of my friends for future events.

I had a wedding yesterday and I wanted to wow the guests. I came in with my fiancé (now husband) feeling clueless and have no idea what we were looking for. The first thing I noticed when I stepped into the showroom was that everything is well decorated and the linens are organized neatly according to colors. It’s fabulous! Eng consulted us and suggested some ideas that we will never thought of. She is really helpful and so friendly too! So. the result? It’s PERFECT! It blew my mind! Of course, my guests had been complimenting on how beautiful my wedding was!!! (awww.) The team did a great job! I’ll definitely recommending this place to anyone who plan for any kinds of events!

Came here looking for some «extravagant» linen for my wedding. The place is sort of in an industrial area in norwalk, but is somewhat private since the windows are tinted and blends in with other stores. I came here twice and had great experiences on both occasions. My only issue was that on my first visit the girl was slightly inexperienced and had troubleanswering questions and couldnt make any good suggestions so I left being very iffy about what I wanted. So second time came again and GloriA helped. She is courteous, experienced, and knows exactly what shes talking about. So I settled on a linen (the waterfall) for my wedding for my cake table and head table which ran me about $ 470 ish. Pricey but you get what you pay for. I wanted the wow factor at my wedding and these girls did a great job. I only took off a star bc the pricing is just toooo crazy expensive.

I had always heard about Glow Concepts through friends who have used them for their weddings and really liked their style. I did my sons 1^st bday invitations with them and absolutely LOVE them. Eng, the owner, is very passionate and knows what she’s talking about. She really knows how to bring your theme to life, plus more. During our consultation, she brainstormed ideas with me and I can tell how detailed oriented she was. I must say, she really did go above and beyond and delivered the most amazing, most talked about invitations. If you’re looking for something different, modern, fun, and amazing — this is it!
