This review is solely for Monica, I am very unhappy with her in terms of her customer service skills. She is relatively new to this location as she used to work at BV Hair Studio. I will not be seeing her again. In addition, she does not accommodate clients with specific or special needs. I already have a new hair stylist and won’t ever go back to Monica.

Great professional and friendly service.
My 85 year old dad is a regular. I go with him all the time. All girls are Great. They are very flexible with the services they provide. There might be a wait. But it’s worthed. Prices are average.
