History

Established in 2010.

In May 2013, Street Faction Engineering was founded in Long Beach after Matt and Richard completed their first welding course at Cerritos College. Their goal was to focus on designing and producing aftermarket products for import vehicles. After a few months of working together, Lopez stepped away to focus on school. In October 2013, Thao partnered up with Matt to further expand their business. Business grew steadily over the next two years, so they finally moved out of their small garage in Long Beach and relocated to a larger shop in Santa Fe Springs. Their business is currently & steadily growing.

I was on Craigslist looking for someone to install my lowering springs on my tC. I ran across Street Faction and I texted Matt right away. He responded quickly and we set up a time to meet up. He’s such a great guy, very knowledgeable, and does awesome work. I met up with him at his house and he installed my TRD springs in just a few hours. I will be coming back to him soon! My go-​to place for any metal work, period.
Street Faction fabricated a Nissan KA24E bottom mount turbo manifold for me when nobody else would take on the project. Not only am I happy that I was able to find some place to have my manifold done but the quality is superb! I will never get over the quality of the welds, I couldn’t stop showing them off when I got my manifold.
Go to Street Faction with confidence, there is no doubt that you’ll be more than satisfied with their work. I HIGHLY recommend them and you will too after having your project handled!
