How do you spell SCAM. If you are reading this review look no further. However they cannot commit this fraud unless they have a willing accomplice (your doctor). So as much as I’d like to lay a whole lot of blame on this place you should also be giving your doctor a real nice clear review on how shady they are as well. Medical board/​Medicare/​State & Local agencies are probably too busy to investigate– many of these labs are shady billing practices so buyer beware.

By this Group office in Torrance, at 4201 Torrance Blvd Ste 570, their receptionist on Saturday, who identify herself by Tracy, has the worst customer service, and professional skills I’ve seen, blaming customer for her overlook, clearly confuse with only 2 families in her office (imagine if multiple customers), and just waisting people’s time with her objections, as when she asked for insurance information, even before I say or show any, she gave me multiple insurance types or reasons they would refuse provide services, making us feel like unwelcome by her office. I won’t ever come back to this location, or any affiliated to this company holding, as clearly no effective management, maybe doctors, what I didn’t even stay to check.

I’d give them ZERO stars if possible. It took SIX emails over 3 months and phone calls to get them to correct their billing error. They initially responded with a generic cut & paste email response, clearly not even reading the content of the email inquiry. I was billed twice for the same procedure. I had to call to get a human being to respond. Not the brighest bulbs in the bunch. Horrible customer service. Shut this place DOWN.

This company promised me a discount over the phone then they tried to collect
the full amount. I emailed the supervisor Taylor Stevens and she said they
would put the remaining amount in collections. She was a very rude person.
I would ask you doctor if they could use a different lab if they can.

I totally agree with the other two reviews. I had same issue as incorrect billing ocurred and they were so rude and condescending about the bill. They finally admitted to the error but i still have note received reimbursment after 2 months. Go someplace else to get blood drawn.

This company is SKETCHY. I went in to get a test done and was told my results would be sent back immediately. When they weren’t I called several days later, but their answering machine had been deleted. I went back to the office to inquire about it, and was told that they had moved out suddenly and hadn’t left any information as to where they moved to. With them they took my paperwork and insurance information. Total scam artists.

I agree, they are total scam artists. They will bill you hoping you’ll get frustrated and just pay. They will accept «in network» payments if you’re doctor is in network, but you have to call to complain to get them to dismiss the charges they try to get out of you. They OWED me money due to an overpayment and it’s taken them over one YEAR to refund me!!! Please right letters to the better business bureau and to your insurance companies letting them know of their constant attempts at FRAUD.
