Mr. Boland started his own business in 2006, while still living in Portland, Oregon. He successfully brought his legal practice back home to Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2008 and has been working aggressively in criminal defense and civil litigation ever since.

Mr. Boland was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico and attended Santa Fe High School where he graduated in 1994. After attending both the San Francisco Art Institute and Occidental College, he worked in environmental protection with a non-​profit in Washington, D.C. Mr. Boland also attended law school at the University of Arizona and excelled in criminal law. After passing the Oregon Bar exam in 2003, he worked for the Harris Law Firm as a criminal defense attorney. In 2008, Mr. Boland moved back home to Santa Fe where he continues to run his own legal practice, specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Boland has represented thousands of clients when they are injured in an accident, charged with crime, or subjected to police misconduct.
