Davis Michael W, DDS PC

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis and his wonderful staff for ten years! He is one of the most caring, open, positive persons I know. He knows I used to be afraid of going to the dentinst and so he explains things, takes his time, and even calls the day *after* to make certain I am OK! THAT is a truly caring andthoughtful approach to dentistry. And his work holds up splendidly! He put in a «temporary» half-​crown (I’m not sure what it was exactly, now) and said «I don’t know if this will last a week. If it comes loose, I’ll replace it.» … that was around six to eight YeARS ago and it is STILL doing what he put it in place to do!
The ‘temporary’ piece is on a front incisor. The year after he emplaced it, I fell on the ice on Rodeo Road and did a complete face plant! Broke my glasses, fractured my wrist… and his ‘temporary’ piece was unscathed! I have NEVER encountered such a good dentist, and I used to live in *Hollywood* and Los Angeles, where dentists treat actors and other famous persons. He is a FAR better dentist than any of them were!

Dr. Davis and his whole staff are really amazing. Easily the best dentist I’ve been to! They are all funny, kind, caring and willing to work with you through whatever dental issues you have — and the receptionist, Annie, is really helpful and willing to work through whatever insurance issues you may have, too. The office is super clean and nice. Dr Davis does the cleanings himself — very rare to find a dentist who does that anymore. I would very much recommend this practice.

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been too. Dr. Davis is very thorough in his exam and cleaning. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to teach/​explain things to you. He even called the specialist I had to be referred to to make sure everyone was on the same page! The rest of his staff are also great. They are very friendly, and help to lighten the mood and eliminate the stress from visiting the dentist.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Davis. It was very easy to get an appointment, the office is very nice, and the office staff is super-​friendly and efficient.
Dr. Davis himself is fantastic. He is a kind man and a great communicator, really takes time to speak with you about any issues you may be having, and the general vibe in the office is just very positive. His exam and cleaning was thorough, and they handled my insurance quickly with no problems at all.
Very happy I was referred to him. It’s always a little scary to go out looking for a new dentist and now I know my teeth are in great and capable hands.
