History

Established in 2001.

Evolve is Frank O’Mahony’s business. When I first moved to Santa Fe (from Northern California) I worked as director of marketing at the NM Economic Development Dept, but the entrepreneurial bug bit again, and I realized that somebody could do a much better job of understanding how to introduce potential homebuyers to Santa Fe than was done for me. REALLY listening to needs, spoken and unspoken — REALLY responding quickly to requests — REALLY being flexible, knowledgeable and creative. It was real estate, Evolved. So Evolve was born. I keep it small, tech-​savvy, and fun — hopefully for both me and my clients!
