History
Established in 2007.
Funny how some things just come together… I never walked that straight line of a corporate career path, it was always diverse and exciting. I have degree in Interior Design but never went into that field. Instead I worked in California as a talent agent, casting director and later on went into the business world in both the for profit and non profit sectors.
At one point I fried on fund raising and strategic planning for companies and wanted to tap back into my artistic side so I took a photography class. The light bulb went off… I found my passion and jumped right into the fire. All those different careers came together in this one business. Now not only do I get to do what I love… photography but I can easily run full productions and offer casting services, scouting, logistics and more for my clients. And that Interior Design degree… I am also shooting architecture and interiors.
Some things are just meant to be.
Meet the Business Owner
Julien M.
Business Owner
Julien has the unique ability to capture intimate cultural moments, places, and people without ever disturbing the scene. Her work is a stolen glance into an elegant but rustic Southwestern home, a thousands-of-years-old Native American dance, or a heart-stopping toss of a cowboy off an ornery bull. Her extensive travel experience helps her to know where and how to situate herself in order to find these moments. In a competitive & fast-paced industry, her business background has served her well, with her extensive executive level experience in both the corporate and non-profit world. She’s used to wearing many hats & brings this organization and commitment to her photography career. Her portfolio ranges from revealing the decay of what were once modern desert towns to the vitality of long-standing cultural rituals. Julien’s work has been commissioned by diverse clientele such as National Geographic Traveler, Marie Claire, Amazon, HGTV, Georgia O’Keefe Museum and Sunset Magazine.
