Planned Parenthood

I’ve been to this planned parenthood twice, both times I had the same Doctor. The first time I had an IUD removed because I was having problems with it and the second time was to get a new form of bc. Both times I saw this woman she treated me like scum. She didn’t look me in the eye, or smile or really seem to give a !@## about any of my questions or concerns. She even went as far as to roll her eyes at me. Her name is Vivianne Clark. If you want to be treated like a human being cross your fingers she’s not the one to take «care» of you.
Besides that, rest of the staff was okay and I got what I needed.

I had an appointment for a new prescription. I came in 10 minutes early and checked in. I didn’t get to go in until almost 15 minutes after my appointment. Not to bad. I ended up not getting a new prescription, but try something new. I was able to get another appointment for the same day which was great. I’m glad they were able to get me back so soon. I came back 10 minutes early again since I knew I would have to fill out more paperwork. It took them quickly to call my insurance and they paid for everything. Yeah. The only reason 4 stars were given instead of 5 was the fact that it took over 35 minutes for them to see me after my appointment time. I understand they may have been busy, but if I have an appointment at least try to get me in at my appointment time.
